I understand breastfeeding slows the process but I didn't think it would take this long. Also, I feel like my hormones are acting up and I've been feeling depressed past couple months. post partum?

im just wanting advice about this i dont know results yet, im 16 wks pregnant with 5th child had twins last time, also all 4 are boy,s so girl would round things of lovely my look though its not brill, anyway does anyone know do they think it will come back high risk with being 2 yrs over 35 ?? , i know i will carry on till i find yes / no answer , id be gutted to find out yes & it was girl then i really wouldnt want to make that decision but realistically i dont think i could cope with porely baby help give me some reasuring advice someone thanks.

Is it true that when you are pregnant and your stomach gets real tight does that means your uterus is contracting or this is just the baby balling up? What does it mean for your uterus to contract? Does it mean your your body is preparing for labor, if so I have been getting that alot on a daily basis (32 weeks preggo).

I keep dreaming that we have a little girl and im putting hair bows in her hair...i can actually start smelling her...and were carrying her around and showing her off too everyone...I've been dreaming it for about a week what do you think it is??? and whast it mean??!

last period was 14th aug lasted 3days as usual, i was due on the 11th/12th sept but was late it was 15th sept and lasted 2 days but i honestly didnt think about pregnancy,then about 2 weeks later i started to feel different and thought i might be,so i decided 2 wait 4 my next period and this was late 2 it was 13th oct and only lasted a day and a half, then 5 days later i had slight pink spotting but only when i wiped,by then my boobs were killing me,i cried 4 no reason,really tired and not much appetite, so i tested just after that neg, 1wk later neg, but now my symptoms are stronger,boobs hurt,but then sometimes they just feel heavy,sickness and vomited twice,i think iv felt flutters which is possible if im coming up 2 12 wks and my belly does look a bit more rounded also get really hungry at nightime.Is it possible that cos i tested late that its just not showing on the hpts? i shud get the result of my bloodtest on friday.

I saw blood this morning when I woke up this morning after using the bathroom. But it really didn't look red it was more brownish. But I do not have cramping has anyone ever had something like that. I had a miscarriage last year and remember all the cramping! Should I be worried and go to the emergency room?

My son will not take a sipppy cup, he is only 8 monhts old but everyone acts as if he should already be using one. That brings me to my second problem, he acts as if he hates juice (any juice).I put juice in his bottles, he drinks a little and starts coughing like crazy. Please any suggestions on how to get him to use a sippy cup and take juice. Thanks

I took a urine pregnancy test this morning. 2 lines came up a few minutes after i took the test. But the second line, (the one that tells you if you are pregnant or not), was very light, but still noticable. Does that mean i am pregnant? If i am not pregnant, then why does the line show up at all? Or, could i not be pregnant? My doctor isnt in until Monday, so i have to wait until then to see the doctor.

My son seems to be on a starch diet. I have tried giving him a choice of many different things to eat, but he will say potates when ask what do you want for dinner. I am giving him vitiams, but I am very worried he is not getting enough veggies. Fruit he will eat all kinds. He is very stubbon when I put something else on his plate to try. He will give it back to me or throw it if I will not take it. I have tried telling him he could not get the potates until he tried some veggies or meat (no go) Help please.

o.k. i have two daughters aged 3 and 4, my 4 year old has some problems and in the next few years will need a couple of operations. i really want another baby (i would love a little boy) but i feel it would be selfish towards my 4 year old as she won't get as much of my attention when she would need it most, also with her problems i feel i wouldn't cope with another baby, but i feel REALLY broody. how can i make this feeling pass?

I'm supposed to start my period in 3 days. My husband and I had unprotected sex around the time I ovulated. When I peed this morning this slimy stuff sort of like geletin was on the t.p when I wiped. It may be because I might be about to start my period in a few days but my rings are tighter and I've been feeling a little nauseus lately. This gelatin stuff has never happened before.Also, I have to wear a pantyliner because it seems like I have a lot of "wetness" type discharge. If anyone has been pregnant and experienced this let me know please? I haven't taken a test because I haven't missed my period. Its due in 3 days.

I am going to ask this question again and this time I want a better answer than just 'pray' or some dumb lecture from some know it all. If you don't know how then don't answer, ok? I'm looking for answers, not lectures or faith tips.

My husband and I are helping out my parents. So we are living here at the moment. I have a 19 year old younger sister. On halloween my mother and I took my 3 yr old out trick or treating and she got a TON of candy. When everyone else was asleep, my younger sister had her friends raid my daughter's halloween candy.

WHen I woke up in the morning, I saw she had literally 5 pieces of candy left and went ballistic. This is NOT the first time she has stolen from other family memebers, but it IS the first time she's taken anything from her neice. Any ideas on HOW I should teach her a lesson? I don't want to fight fire with fire, but this, in my opinion, is one of the lowest things you can do. Stealing candy from a kid.

I broke out in hives this morning and needed to take benadryl. I am currently nursing my baby part-time. Do I need to "pump & dump", and if so, for how long?

Don't worry, I'll call my pharmacist when they open this morning. I was just wondering if anyone had any experience with this.
