My daughters 12 in November and i really don't know what to buy her, i've asked he many a time and she replies "don't know" any suggestions on gifts ???

it wasn't a bad question, it had to do with adoption and how a person could find their birth parents after 30 some odd years. what's wrong with that question? they don't have the right place to put this question so i used what they had. parenting

and he does use that sometimes and he does say eat eat when he wants to eat but sometimes when he wants something he still screams. is there any ohter suggestions that i can do to prevent this.

What do you think about that? Would you ask your doctor to go in and make your child more athletic or more intelligent? Do you think it's okay for them to go in and fix any possible illnesses?

I had two wisdom teeth pulled 3 days ago. I was given gas, IV anethesia and pain killers after. I was a few days late when I got my surgery, but that is not unusal for me. Today, I relized I am 1 week late and took 3 pregnancy tests. ALL came back as postive. My husband is excited and not worried at all. His reponse is "I am sure plenty of people have had worse done and had perfectly healthy babies". I am soo upset and nervous. Did anyone else have an experience like this. It is my first pregnancy.

My husband and I are trying to have a baby, we lost one 4 months ago in June I was 3 months, now more than ever we want to have a baby of our own, we always see couples with newborns and wish we had one. I want to now if there is anyone out there that had some sort of experience and now has a baby. Sometimes I think that im never gonna be able to have a baby since weve been trying to get pregnant again for almost 4 1/2 months. Is there a certain position that we should do? My cycles are regular I get my period every 33-34days, Is there a day when i am more fertile? Please guys I want some tips guidance. I know that maybe some of you may be thinking why doesnt she go to the Doctor, but my Dr told me that everything was normal Please help

Last night, I caught my daughter using my panties to wash our dog!! She also said that she used different ones to clean her shoes. I looked in my drawer, and they were wet and dirty. How should I punish her? She's thirteen, and I already took away her cell phone, computer, television, and have grounded her for six months.

I cut his naisl every few days because they grow so quickly. I just wish i could somehow stop him from constantly clwaing at his face when he is tired. i put scratch mittens on his hands, but they always fall off. he has really dry skin and im having to put oinment on it a lot.. but it never stays on because his hands are always in his face. what do i do?

I have a son who is 10 months old and he is infected with chickenpox, it's been 4 days now and his mother is half-way through her second pregnancy. A nurse told us that, if the mother did not have chickenpox as a child, she could get infected and at the same time infect the unborn child. If the unborn child is infected, it's growth could be affected... Is it true??? The nurse we spoke to told us that, the mother will not have to be in contact with your son but, it seems that the mother is not showing any signs of the symptoms. How long does it take before someone is infected from someone who has it? I need feedback, please and thnx.

I am 27 yrs old and I have 4 beautiful childeren. The idea of having another child right now to be honest scares me a little, but i cant say that it is totally out of the question. The problem is that I made the appointment to have my tubes tied, its in 17 days, but the closer that i get to it the more i wonder if i am doing the right thing. When I had made the decision things werent going to good for us financially but now we are doing allright also another deciding factor was that my youngest was born premature and he had developmental problems that took up alot of time dealling with, doctors appointments and all, but he's getting through really well and developing alot better. I was told that i could have the procedure reversed, but would it be worth going through it at all. I cant use birthcontrol i had my second while on the pill, and i am afraid that condoms will break, they already have a few times. any advice would be great thx.

ok im in 8th grade and theres this guy at my school..lets call him Dillon...ok everyone says me and dillon look really good together. But ive never really talked to him. My two year old is a wonderful little boy but recently has been having bouts with the terrible twos. Sometimes he screams when he gets upset.

I have put my palm over his mouth to muffle the pitch and I say to him no screaming. Is that wrong?

He has had many bowel movements a day for a few months now. I don't feel like it is chronic diarrhea because it is not watery, just soft and loose. He doesn't seem to have other symptems, like bloating or gas either. He has just never really had solid stools. I'm wondering what is causing such frequent bowel movements.

I have two young step daughters and a daughter of my own and they like the BRATS dolls and the show...but after seeing those dolls and watching the show...i can not allow them to play/watch these toys/programs. they are all wearing in apropriate clothing they wear makeup...AND then they come out with BRATS babies? infant dolls wearing makeup? and stripper outfits? i dont get it...am I out of my mind? are these things now acceptable in society?

I know that if u have a 28 day cycle you are most likely to ovulate on day 14, but what about if ur cycles are irregular or like 32 days long. My problem is that I had a 24 day cycle from sept 6 to sept 30. Now my period started on nov. 1, and i dont know if i'm supposed to subtract any numbers from the previous cycles, i'm confused. If you have any suggestions, comments I'll appreciate them.
