Get a home test and take it. It is entirely possible to skip a month and not be pregnant. If you are pregnant, however, you do need to get prenatal care. Often your local health department can help.

You should get insurance before you try and get pregnant only because how expensive a normal pregnancy is a complicated pregnancy is even more expensive take it from me i had 2 c-section babies and had insurance thank goodness... On the other hand about you being pregnant it is very possible with only a lite spotting period last month.. Do you have any signs of being pregnant like sickness in the morning or a little bit more hungry than usually? I would just go get a test and find out there only about 10.00 for an E.P.T and good luck on insurance and everything else...:)

Sounds like you might be unless you've been really stressed, sick, or extremely active. Store bought tests are very reliable. You can also see about skipping the Dr. and going to the hospital lab. I used to work in one of those and we did blood pregnancy tests for $10 and it doesn't require a doctor's request. Frankly, I used the store tests ... cheaper and no needle. I think Planned Parenthood would be the most affordable if you qualify to get it for free.

You could be, you should take a home pregnancy test, and either way go to the local heatlth clinic. If those are negative, then you need to make an appointment with your OBGYN or back to the local health clinic to discuss the issues of ... even if you don't have insurance they have programs readily available to help those in need. Best of Luck! Hope this helps...

Well considering that your last period was over a month ago, I would say there is a good chance you are pregnant...unless your cycles are really long. Take a pregnancy test.

Please go to the pharmacy first for the urine test. The results will EITHER give you peace of mind ( - ), or let you know if you need to set an appt ( + ) with the county health dept since you say you have no insurance.

SHOULD you be pregnant, your local county health dept may be able to help with the pregnancy test and prenatal checkups. The link below is for Harris County (Houston), Texas

I would take a over the counter test first. Then you should look into your local health centers. When I was prego I did not have any insurance either and my health center gave me state insurance just for my pregnancy. It paid for my dr. appts and hospital stay, then it took over for my son to have insurance. Also they have family services that pay for my yearly visit. Just look into it. I wish for you much happiness of the outcome.

you can go to planned parenthood to take a test, or just go to the pharmacy and get a urine test. Good luck!!!
