at 30 weeks I was given a sono gram and docs measured the baby to be 32 weeks at between 3 1/2-4 pounds just went to docs at 32+2 weeks and am measuring at 35 weeks. how much should he have gained at this point, due to pregnancy issues it is possible the baby will be delivered at 34-36 weeks, will he be ok or should I be scared? I know he is big but how big?

I had my son 16 months ago and I am breastfeeding. I know that it is normal to loose your sex drive after having a baby and while breastfeeding. For a while I was completely not interested. Lately I think about and dream about sex all the time. However, when my husband lets me know that he is interested in having sex I still can not get into it at all physically or mentally.
Is that normal?
What do you think that is about?

go... and forget about it. it means a great deal to me that there happy 4 me! like my bro doesnt sound happy for me and my aunt i sound like i disappointed her! so i just kinda ignore it and be happy 4 what i have and what im gona have and what people are happy for me? i mean my aunt says shes not dissapointed in me but it her tone of voice it sounds it! she means a great deal to me! and so does my bro he said congrats but he was like if thats what you want than congrats! me and my fiance are sooooo excited we could explode but between my aunt and bro they make me feel like i shouldnt be having a baby or enjoying my life. my brothers 25 and had one kid but lost it over a custody battle! and my aunt could never have kids so she thinks of me and my brother as her kids! so she thinks so highly of us! mabe she doesnt want to see us growing up or something!!!! but i feel like im letting my family down cause i want to have a baby is this wrong? please help and answer......???

I'm not a mum yet but would love to have children in the future. It worries me that so many kids nowadays want too many material things (even those who don't get everything they want). My husband and I would like our children to have a privaleged upbringing but I would hate for them to not appreciate how hard we work to give them nice things. Any tips on getting the balance right?

My 7-year-old son is unable to keep quiet during class. His teacher e-mails me with concerns of him whistling, getting out of his seat, talking to his classmates, etc. I know that these are common problems, but we have discussed with him the importance of behaving during class so he doesn't interrupt his classmates. Now, we have recently caught him lieing about various things. At school, his teacher uses a red/yellow/green light system. Green=good day, yellow=she may have had to tell him to settle down once or twice, red=he was bad. Everyday we ask how his day was, and he usually tells us that he gets yellow, but we come to find out that he has received a lot of red lights.
He attends a private school and earns great grades. We just are unable to get through to him. We tried taking away video games, early bed times, no dessert treats, etc. Does anyone have any suggestions to get him to behave in class and not to lie??

went to doc yesterday and she gave me a few swab tests because she suspected that i was leaking fluid, while taking the test she noticed some blood up there and said she didn't want to check me until she was sure that I was leaking fluid, i wasn't leaking fluid (checked by sono) and all infections were ruled out, (this doc isnt a good one but my normal doc was delivering.) Sono didn't have enough time to look at my cervix and the doc was on the phone when I got out and sent me home, never telling me what the bleeding was from and never checking me. Im going to contact other doc monday but just wondering if any of you could know what the bleeding may be? I have been having a whole bunch of pain down there and babys head is way down and has been since 28 weeks. Im 32 and half weeks baby is measuring 35. Whats up anyone have a clue?

I might need to supplement with formula tonight (I usually pump and feed). My two month old daughter will be staying over night at my inlaws and I'm afraid they will run out of breastmilk to feed her. I'm sending some powdered formula with her just in case. Considering her age, does the water they will use for the powdered formula need to be boiled first?

My daughter is 5 yrs old. She started school last year and she found this little boy that she became really good friends with. She went away for the summer with my mother to Portugal, when she came back it was like I have a teenager on my hands. All that she talks about is how she has a crush on the same little boy that was in her class last yr, and how she met a little boy on vacation that she also has a crush on. Its to the point that if you mention the name of the little boy that she met on vacation that she pretends to pass out. I was wondering if anyone has gone through this with their daughters, or if this would be concidered normal for her age. I wasn't expecting to deal with this yet. How do i explain to her about boyfriends and such things.

i had a miscarriage just about a year ago... I am only 19 but i can't seem to stop thinking about it and how life would be... I can't wait to have one, especially two good friends are pregnant now... I feel as though why did it have to happen to me. I know everything happens for a reason but sometimes i have a hard time believing that. I thought my baby was fine up until my second appointment with the doctor and there was no heartbeat.. i just can't believe it... My fiance and i have talked about trying again and he is all for it... he just seems like he didn't really care about the first one... which i no he did and everyone grieves in their own way... but i am having a hard time with it still, especially when i see pregnant ladies.... am i having a hard time because of the certain things i felt? i don't no... what should i do to keep my mind of wanting to try again so bad and just wait patiently... i am not a patient person... thank you all very much!
