it wasn't a bad question, it had to do with adoption and how a person could find their birth parents after 30 some odd years. what's wrong with that question? they don't have the right place to put this question so i used what they had. parenting

I don't know, I think it would be a good question. This would be the section I would have put in under. I didn't see your question, but I am sure many people would like to know the answer to it, so I am sorry it got removed.

I am adopted also and I asked a similar question a couple of months ago and they also removed mine. I never reposted my question though because my younger sister was able to find out about our birth mother. I couldn't understand why they removed my question. Now it looks like they are picking and choosing which questions get to stay on here. Maybe for some reason they don't like the topic of adoption. I hope you get this answer and they don't remove my answer to you.
Good luck on finding your family.

Unfortunately, there are Yahoo! Answers nazis out there that feel like some questions don't belong anywhere. Also, there are people who report you out of spite. I'm sorry you had your question removed and its a legitimate question but apparently someone out there didn't feel it was right for the category. Sorry.

yeah, its messed up. i too have had perfectly innocent questions or answers removed. dont take it personally, some people are really rude. on the other hand, i have reported some answers that contained extreme profanity and harassment, and they never got removed. ugh. thats the way it rolls around here.

Makes no sense to me, I don't think Yahoo removed it themselves, I would say someone reported you just for the fun of it. Not fair at all. They need to do something about this situation.
