My husband and I are trying to have a baby, we lost one 4 months ago in June I was 3 months, now more than ever we want to have a baby of our own, we always see couples with newborns and wish we had one. I want to now if there is anyone out there that had some sort of experience and now has a baby. Sometimes I think that im never gonna be able to have a baby since weve been trying to get pregnant again for almost 4 1/2 months. Is there a certain position that we should do? My cycles are regular I get my period every 33-34days, Is there a day when i am more fertile? Please guys I want some tips guidance. I know that maybe some of you may be thinking why doesnt she go to the Doctor, but my Dr told me that everything was normal Please help

It sounds like you and me have similar experiences. I miscarried in May at 8 1/2 weeks. My doctor said to wait a couple months to try again, so my husband and I used condoms. I got my period back in July, and I am pregnant now, conceived in October. My doctor said that is great, and that I am heathy. My cycles are 28 days. I used an ovulation calender and kit that I bought at the store. Here is the website I used....I didnt purchase anything on the website, only used the free version. I bought the ovulation kit at the store. I didnt do any special positions, just whatever I wanted.

I just miscarried twins on 10.19.06. I know your pain all too well. This is my third miscarriage though. I know how you feel when you say you don't think you'll ever have one of your own. Although I know I won't, I've accepted that. The dr's however seem to think otherwise but whatever. The dr says 3-6 months but you could have started trying right away. After your physical discomfort sudsided. Your body is primed immediately following a miscarriage. Your chances of your miscarriage repeating is very slim. So, I wish you luck and I'm sure if the Dr says all is well with you, then you'll be preggo in no time. Just don't try so hard. Enjoy what you're doing and ::try:: not to think of it. Better positions are missionary. When he's complete, have him stay inside of you as long as you're both comfortable. Lay there at least 30 mins, prop your legs up (against the wall if u can). A pillow under the buttocks help the little buggers along. Don't shower or freshen up afterward. Sleep with it. Of course the excess will squish out (which i hate) but you'd be surprised how many of them are already more than half way to their destination, lol. Good luck sweetie. :)

Im sorry for your loss. I would start taking B-6 and All natural vitamin E with a prenatal vitamin. My cycles were/are usually 28-34 days. We conceived our first about 3 days after my cycle...everyones body is different. I know a few women who were trying and trying to conceive and tried B-6 and got pregnant. I am taking these vitamins now, after having a miscarriage 3 wks ago. We are trying again! Good Luck Remember your mind is powerful, be positive! This will happen for you!

The best answer would probably be, a year. It gives you time to recover and better prepare yourself and not just physically, but also Mentally.
