You may have a fibroid, you get all the symptoms that you are pregnant, even the swollen abdomen, tender boobs etc and you still get your periods, but they tend to be heavy. The fact that you have had a heavy period could well be that. Go to your doctor and have it checked out. Don't worry fibroids aren't life threatening but can cause problems because they grow at an alarming rate. I had to have mine removed because it was pressing on my bladder and it was very hard to spend a penny even when you were desperate. If you are an older person then they usually recommend a hysterectomy, otherwise they can operate and remove it.

ovarian cysts can affect your monthly cycle eg making it irregular...and to put your mind at ease, it may not be menopause.

Although, saying that, I do advise you to see your gp, so that she can do further investigations, such as blood tests and refer you to see a gynaecologist.

Your partner should have a check-up, again......to put your mind at rest, so you don't get these symptoms again.

I know how you feel, as I was like this last month. Am I pregnant or not? why is the damn period not coming?! Always keep a preg kit handy at home.

I hope you get on ok, good luck!

Uterine fibroids are usually not dangerous, but can cause immense discomfort and lead to complications like anemia from heavy blood loss. In rare cases, they may cause complications that affect pregnancy.

In cases where there are no symptoms, treatment may not be necessary. However, proper diagnosis and treatment may be required if your symptoms are severe or causing complications. Along with conventional treatment, you can try some natural home remedies. Read here https://tr.im/C1bcZ

pms can make you feel like that. and every month is different you know? some months you may barely notice any pms signs and others you just wish it would all be over. in any case, if you are really concerned, get a test. it'll probably be negative, but atleast you will feel better.

Vasectomy is 99.8% effective in preventing pregnancy. Maybe you are the unlucky 0.2% that it has not worked for.

Fingers crossed for you.
