I have been on the 50mg and the 100mg and still have not gotten pregnant. I think it just depends on each woman and how their body reacts to the meds. Good luck!

Yes I have. Back in Jan of 2004, I took 50 mg of Clomid. I didn't ovulate and didn't get pregnant. The next month, my MD increased the Clomid to 100mg and I got pregnant that month. My little boy will be 2 yrs old this week. GOOD LUCK!

When my hubby and I were on fertility treatments I was started on 50mg. They did testing right after my first dose and upped me to the 100mg. Which was actually two of the 50mg pills once a day for the five days. It took us six months, but we finally did get pregnant. Annilyn is now two years old and very healthy. It really depends on how severe your situation is and how your body responds to the Chlomid.

My girlfriend (35 yrs old) got pregnant on 100mg, but not 50mg. She has a beautiful girl, now! (At 40 yrs. old, my 3 rounds of 100 and 150mg of Clomid were unsuccessful).
Best of luck ttc!!!!!
