wait for the result of your blood test, but this could just be hormones polaying up on you.

hey, false negatives are not that uncommon and it really sounds like you have got all the symptoms esp heaviness with breasts. But sometimes it's easy to psychologically get an idea and start noticing all these things. You can get amennorhia (which is when you don't have periods, think that's how you spell it!) for a number of reasons, like stress about pregnancy. Nausea is a common consequence of that.

After your blood test, if it is normal, you should try and figure out what day it was that you might (if you have) fallen pregnant; if it is in your ovulation range- i.e. if you start counting the days from the first day you start bleeding, between the 12th-18th days in a typical cycle, only then is there a chance.

HCG (the hormone that pregnancy tests detect and which causes nausea and heavy breasts etc) is normally present in pregnant females 2 weeks after conception (i.e. the first day of your next period) and at the latest 2 weeks after you've missed your period. All your symptoms could equally be concerned with gastroentritis or some other such infection.

Hope it helps and you feel better/find out soon.

It's a possibility that you're pregnant, but I highly doubt you'd be very far along. You did have periods in Sept. and Oct. even though they were light and short. It is possible to bleed while pregnant, but you'd be a couple months along by now and any urine test would show a positive by now. Sometimes hormones can cause feelings of being pregnant and your mind can actually give you the entire slew of pregnancy symptoms just because you think you might be pregnant. The spotting between periods may or may not be normal, so seeing a doctor is the best thing for that. As for the possible pregnancy... The only way you'll know for sure is when your test comes back on friday. Best wishes!

I heard once that when a woman thinks she's pregnant, her body starts playing tricks on her. She gets bloated, her breasts hurt, she feels nauseous and even her period falls behind or lasts less. (And I've actually seen it happen to a girl I know like 4-5 times now, just in case anyone's wondering if this is true or not)

That being said, if you've had consistent periods, it's highly unlikely that you're pregnant. If you were you wouldn't be very far along, so none of the 'symptoms' you're feeling would coincide with your gestational age. And getting negative pregnancy tests isn't a good indicator, either.

But it's good to wait for the bloodwork to set your mind at ease. You should also talk to your doctor about your crazy periods in case you are not pregnant. Also, there are times a woman doesn't ovulate which causes her to miss a period. Hormonal changes can also affect your menstruation: once I had my period twice in one month due to hormonal changes; and I'm a very regular person. So many things could be going on that your best bet would be to seek advice from a true professional: your doctor. Best of luck to you!

Wait, you got bloodwork done and they cannot tell you before Friday if you are pregnant? Go to another doctor. Should be able to tell you within 24 hours!!!!
Some people never get a postive on home pregnancy tests. You may be one of them.
Are you on prenatal vitamins? If not, get on them immediately. They will not hurt you if you are not pregnant.
If you are pregnant, you are already almost 12 weeks along. Yo would be due around May 21, 2007.
Good luck.

you can still wait and let the result be out if the result go negative again you have to wait for about about 3 month and go for the test again and if it still go negative you have to forget about the test and start praying to God for about 3 month then go for the test again
