Homosexuals are attracted to people of their own gender. Metrosexual is a term coined by the media for a man who spends time on his appearance. The word kind of died out a while ago, though. Calling a man metrosexual is like calling jewelry "bling". It isn't 2003 anymore.

A metrosexual is a man who is into excessive grooming - kind of like a woman - but are still very much a man. They are not necessarily attracted to their own sex like a homosexual would be.

Metro - is a term for men that take extra good care of themselves. Are more aware of how they dress, have good skin regiments, have good taste in clothes, home decor...etc. They are men who still like woman (straight men) and ACT more like women without being homosexual (liking the same sexe). They take pride in their outer shell, and are not so much a MANLY man.

homosexual means sexual attraction towards someone whos of your own sex...and metrosexual means getting dressed up to look good in your front of the people of having same sex as you do...but in metrosexuals sexual attraction is towards your own sex in not involved...
