How do I have a boy??

Question

I am going to ask this question again and this time I want a better answer than just 'pray' or some dumb lecture from some know it all. If you don't know how then don't answer, ok? I'm looking for answers, not lectures or faith tips.

So let's say I already have a girl and I want my next child to be a boy. What are some good methods or ways to increase that possiblity?? If anyone is a doctor or an expert in this field it would really help. Thanks.

Either adopt a boy or go to an IVF. The conventional method (sex) you cannot choose the sex of the baby since it is chance (You have more chance conceiving a girl than a boy) There is an old wives tale that states for the man to take a rubber band and place it around one testicle (I think the right is girl, and the left is boy, that means the right carries the xx and the left the xy) though I would NOT advise it.

so stop been rude I am sure most people don't mean to be rude
but most of us will be just greatful to be pregnant so we don't care what we have as lond as it is healthy
so I guess for you to get an accurate answer you can visit a specialist (and good luck )

I've heard that this is the way to go:

Calculate your exact ovulation day. Have sex that day and the day after to increase your chances for a boy. The theory is that sperms with the 'boy' chromosome last longer but are slower swimmers; while sperms with the 'girl' chromosome live less but are faster swimmers.

So for a boy, have sex on ovulation day and/or the day after. For girls, have sex two days before your expected ovulation date. Double check to be sure, but I do believe this is right. Good luck!

P.S.-To anyone who may judge, all children are a gift from God. This method is not 100% sure. If it pleases the Lord one will get the result one longs for, if not, no matter how much you try. Why judge people who want to experience raising a little boy and a little girl? ;)

There isn't a way to guarantee a boy or a girl. It is physically impossible to do, as the father's sperm (y sperm, male; x sperm, female) decides the sex of the baby, of which there are millions of sperm in an ejaculation. The strongest swimmer that gets to the woman's egg first wins--and the egg immediately changes to shut out other swimmers.

You are trying to control an uncontrollable situation. You can't pick out a boy or girl, like you pick something off the shelf at Target.

Children are a gift, and a boy or a girl, either one, is to be received with kindness, responsibility, and gratitude for having a child at all.

You need to get the male swimmers there first so deep penetration worked for me and my husband to get a boy. Try the position where he is behind you to make the penetration deeper. I also read when we were trying to get pregnant to make sure the daddy to be does not take a hot shower or bath before having sex because it weakens the life of the male sperm when they get hot. not sure if it is true or not put we stuck by both things and are now having a boy in April. Look at the Chinese Calendar- you can search it at Yahoo and find one... it shows you what age you are and what month you should conceive to get a boy/girl. It was correct with myself- I had a boy... now all boys run in my husband's family, so I have no idea if it will work for us when we go to have a girl. But I did look at it for a few friends, and theirs were correct too.... I'm sure it's possible though to not be accurate... I dunno.

Male sperm is said to "swim" faster than female sperm. So, if you are on top then you may have a better chance at a boy. But it is always a gamble so I wish you luck! You could also try having sex while standing up too. Try new positions, the fun is in the trying!
