It's not constant drip but it happens a few times a day mostly after I have made a trip to the bathroom. I have an appointment monday but until then I was curious if there was a way to tell at home, I have heard that amniotic fluid smells sweet, so how do you compare that to urine smell? I'm 19 weeks tomorrow, thanks

My Husband and I are ttc to have a sencond child. Well I'm not supposed to get my period until tomorrow the 21st, which I may be pregnant right now, who know's. I don't want to make you sick, but I will try to explain it the best that I can. I just went to the bathroom, and when I was peeing, a huge white almost very like an egg white, just fell right out of me. It was more wite and clowdy, very long and very think. Does anybody no what it means? Does it mean that I am not pregnant at this time and it's just a sign that I am going to get my period tomorrow? Sorry if this sounded so sick, but that was the best way I could describe it.

Im a seventeen year old teen mom. I just had my son three weeks ago. Im still with his dad but things are kinda going wrong. My mom keeps saying negative things about my boyfriend that arent true and im scared she is going to make him want to end up leaving. we've been together for four years off and on but two years straight. we were planning on getting married because we really love each other and want to be together for the rest of our lives. lately me and him have been fighting a lot and sometimes its over the things my mom has said or things that are going on at the moment. also lately ive been feeling like a single parent because now he isnt really coming around or even wanting to talk on the phone. he is a really good guy though. we're both still in school and he has recently gotten a job to help take care of the baby because i cant get a job right now because i have no one to watch our son. im really lost and confused. can some one give me some good advice on what to do pls??!!

I have a very hyper child. He is NOT adhd. I have cut sugar. Doesn't help. I heard about another mother who changed her child's diet and it completely calmed her child. She cut sugars and a perservative out. Does anyone know what perservative to cut?
He is not hyper from lack of activities, etc. I do not need advice about what activities to have him in etc.
NO STUPID ANSWERS please!! I need some real answers. Thanks!!

I have a 3 year old who just runs stupid when we go shopping. If I don't end up loosing him, he starts playing up and throwing things off shelves. I have resorted to putting him on a lead but gee I get some mean looks and feel like a terrible mother! He does calm down and behave, however.

He just told me but the kids don't know yet - 8 yr old girl and 11 yr old boy. We've been separated for 7 years and have a good relationship with each other. I have decided that when the time comes he needs to tell the kids himself with me there. And I know that the kids will need some sort of couseling. But is there anything else I need to think of or any other advice?

3 weeks ago we picked up our son from preschool and his jacket was missing -- the teachers didn't have any idea that it was even gone. We were given explanations that he probably left it on the playground, and questioned if we were sure he had brought one. It was 50˚ that day! We repeatedly asked about it, something we were not going to let slip by, but it seemed to have disappeared and looked as though we were not going to get it back.

Today I saw another child wearing it when I dropped my son off. What should I do? If another parent made a mistake then that's one thing, but c'mon -- you KNOW what clothes are your child's and what clothes aren't. As a responsible adult wouldn't you notice that it didn't belong to you and return it to the teachers?

My question is this: Is it appropriate for me to take it back?

I'm 18(girl).I've been living with a friend of mine(she is 29) for a few years already. She has a 6-month-old baby.I finished school and I take the care of the baby, while she is at work. When the baby was born(because of the missing father),my friend had to choose someone who will eventually be the guardian of her child in case something happes to her(fbi agent). She picked meTwo days ago, she(having a case from fbi to work on) had to go and check(I won't explain what). She decided to take the baby with her(the most stupid decision in my opinion) because I wasn't at the town. She met 'bad' people and without her know, someone had put a drug in her drink.Police found them and she couldn't prove she worked for the fbi(she was on drugs).CPS took the baby and yesterday gave me the guardianship. It is taken from her for 3 months. We live togeher but as a guardian,I shouldn't leave the child alone with her(as I was explained by CPS).I don't want to hurt her,she is my best friend. What should I do?

Ok the other day I picked my son up from his kindergarden class he had red, blue, and yellow paint all over his shirt. I was a little upset but went home right away and put spray n' wash on it and put it in the wash. After it was finished I looked and saw that the paint was still there. I was more upset because this was a new shirt, so I e-mailed his teacher and asked her why he came home with paint all over his shirt and that it seemed like he wasn't supervised properly during his art class. She then told me that she told me today was art day and if I didn't want his clothes ruined I should have dressed him in some old play clothes. I told her that yes she did say it was art day and that was all she said nothing more and if they didn't have an art smock for the children she should have told the parents to bring something for them. She did offer to purchase a new shirt, but she was very rude about the whole thing and never once said sorry and tried to make me feel that it was my fault.

I know it's going to be hard to decide, because we all have more than one way that we love out kids. With my 3 kids they are:
My oldest its her eyes. Her eyes are very expressive. Her facial expression can remain the same, but her eyes will tell you the whole story. She can never tell a lie.
My middle girl, she's very inquisitive. Sometimes, the 40 questions in 1 minute can rattle my nerves, but she does have a thirst for learning. And will question any and everything.
My baby, it's her laugh. No matter how bad you are feeling or how your day went, she can bring a smile. She has one of those genuine gut busting belling laughs that makes every laugh even without knowing the reason. Everyone that meets her comments on her laugh, she's laughed the same way since she was 4 months.

My 18 month old has started this thing where he dumps all his food out of his bowl or plate and then takes all the food and scoops it off his highchair tray onto his lap, ALL his food. He doesn't eat it... it worries me but everyone says not to worry, he'll eat when he's hungry, but why has he started scooping all his food onto his lap, it makes a terrible mess. I've tried raising my voice to get him to stop, he just looks at me and smiles and continues to do it. I've searched the internet for it and haven't seen anything on it - has anyone else been through this or have any idea how to stop him?
