I doubt it, since first trimester ultrasounds are fairly normal. They use them to confirm how far along you are.

I received 2 ultrasounds before I was 3 months pregnant. 1 was at 5 weeks, and the second at 7 weeks, because they didn't think the baby was still alive, but thankfully it was! And I had a 9lb 10oz VERY healthy baby!

I have 3 children. And I have had ultrasounds before three months. It did not affect my children. I just don't see how that will harm your baby. Drugs, alcohol, and cigarettes can do you and your baby more harm.

No, you should do an ultrasound in your 6-7 weeks of pregnancy instead.

ultrasounds don't hurt the baby at any stage of development, and are frequently used to determine not just how far along you are but if the pregnancy is a single baby or multiples.

No I don't think so, I had a vaginal ultrasound my first checkup I was only about 1 month, then I had one at the hospital, a regular one on my belly when I was two months pregnant.
