Every brand of these tests have a different sensitivity rating to the HCG hormone. Some are extremely sensitive and some you have to have just a little bit more of the hormone. You could call your dr's office and get a blood test done or you could wait 2-4 more days and take another test. But it is rare now days to get a false positive. These tests are just so more advanced now. Hope this helps.

You are most likely pregnant. It's very rare to get a false positive with EPT -- and I doubt you would get two of them. Removing your IUD will NOT give you a false positive. Since you are so newly pregnant you probably do not have enough hcg in your urine yet to trigger a positive result on the digital test, which requires a higher level of pregnancy hormone for a positive result than the regular pregnancy test.
Good luck, I hope all goes well. And congratulations!

Like the others stated a false positive and 4 at that are rare! The digital are no good that you should stick to the 1 line 2 line test. If you got pregnant 2 weeks ago you should be able to start picking up a positive on test which seems like you are. Call your Dr and have it confirmed either my their urine test (which are more sensitive than the ones we purchase) or by a blood test. Good luck

It is very rare to recieve a false positive. Much more likely to recieve a false negative. If you recieved even a faint positive, go to your doctor and have a blood test done. They are most accurate. With a home test, it is designed to detect the pregnancy hormone. If the hormone level is too low, it may come up negative but if the test says positive, even a faint positive then it had to have detected at least a small amount.

first off, you need to stick with the dollar general test. they are cheap and they are the same exact thing as the ept. you could be prego but may not have enough of the hormone to get a good reading. wait a week. and make sure you read the results 2 minutes after. if you wait longer than ten minutes the results can change.

You're getting faint positives on 4 tests and nothing on one. Sounds like the clear blue was either a dud test or just not as sensitive as the others. Congrats on baby.

Your body just might be reacting to the removal of the IUD. Give it another couple weeks and trying the pregnancy tests again, its only been a couple weeks since you took it out.
