i've heard of people's tests being negative and they were wrong but can a positive one be wrong? (she actually took 2 and they were both positive)

Some friends of mine are expecting their first baby (a boy) very soon. His Dad is a professional drummer and we would like to find some baby clothes that have a 'drumming' theme to them.
I thought that some of the drum companies would make / lend their name to baby clothes but have yet to find any.
Anyone got any source that you can share?

Im 16 ive been dating this guy for close to 2 yrs bout a 6 wks we decided to have sex, we knew what could happen, we knew we decided if i get pregnant we'll take care of the baby, cause thats the outcome of our desion, we used protection, and ive been talking bout gettin on the pill, but it hadnt happend yet... and of course, the protection didnt work, i think it broke. Anyway im keeping the baby no matter what, we decided we are gonna get married, it probably wont happen before the baby comes but it will happen, We just arent sure how to tell our parents, im afraid my parents will kick me out, and his parents wont agree with this, and they deff. wouldnt let us stay there, and we have no $$ to live on our own, and try to get an ed. if you jus give me suggestions or something, i really want the baby now that i know im pregnant, and i know i can trust him not to leave me. so plz help if you can

me and my fella cannot decide on names i hate his surgestions and he hates mine or hes not taking it serious. im starting to think we are never going to agree and that our baby is going to be nameless. im only 11 weeks so i know we have time but i want to have some ideas but hes not helping, is anyone else having the same problems or have had the same kinda thing happen?? any advice on how to get him to stop being daft would be helpfull i love him to bits but this is driving me nuts.!!

I mean swatted as a consequnce, not savagely or needlessly beaten. For those of you who were spanked as a child, do you think it had any negative effects on you? I was spanked when I was young, always with an explanation of what I did wrong, and why it was wrong. I'm now a loving mother, and I look back and see that spanking didnt hurt me in any way. I grew up in a loving home, and usually just a warning did the trick for me, but sometimes I just needed a swat, and I even KNEW i did. Does anyone out there think that spanking had a negative effect on them? What were your experiences?

-Experiences with YOUR children dont count, unless they are grown. Otherwise, you dont really know HOW they turned out, do you? I am asking for YOUR experience. Thanks! Just trying to get some insight.

Mine was my fisher price cradle swing, it rocks my baby to sleep in a matter of minutes. He goes from a screaming nightmare to an angel in no time! I'd love to hear about other mothers best buys that have saved their sanity, or just made your life that much easier.

i come off the depo injection in may after getting it 3/4 times. i did a preg test on sunday just gone and it come back pos what are the chances its wrong or is it quite clear that i am infact pregnant? i dont mind if i am. its quit exciting. just waiting to hear back from my doctor now for the results of his test he did.

But i have started buying little bits & bobs every month in a hope that by 7-8 months i will have everything i need & will not have to spend money (that will be tight on my partners wages alone when i stop work) on baby's bits. Many people have told me i am silly for buying stuff this soon? I appreciate the higher risk of miscarriage under 12 weeks but is it not better to think positive & be prepared for my new arrival?! throughout my partners side the name Christopher and John/Jonathan appears in every generation, and all though when the times comes we'd like to keep my partners first name as the baby's second name, which is Jonathan, we struggle to think of a good, fairly orignal first name that sounds good with Jonathan, but not using Chris or Christopher. She was an almost girlfriend in high school, and he hadnt seen her in alomst a year.. my Husbands friend started bringing her around the house in the last week. In only a week he fell for her. He left me at home sleeping to go tell her that he had feelings for her and she shared them and that he was confused... I dont know the truth only what he finally told me.. He went to her, walked with her, and held her hand. I can only pray that thats all it was but he left at 11am and didnt come back until 3pm. He says he told her that they couldnt be together and just wanted to be friends. He said he likes her but loves me. He says he loves me and Silas our unborn son. This is the same girl that has been invited over to my apartment on several different accounts to "hang out" while Im at work for 10 hours every night where I cant leave. He even invited her over after he supposedly told her that it wouldnt work. Let me remind you all that I am 81/2 months pregnant...

What form of birth control/ contraceptives were u using when you got pregnant? Was everything used perfectly?

I got pregnant while on the pill (used it right) and I was also on the second to last day of my period, a time many people beleive its impossible to get pregnant. Our daughter is the best surprise my husband and I have ever gotten. Just wondering how many other people have "pleasant surprise" babies
