For the most part- yes, unless u feel uncomfortable in them than just stick to wearing ur glasses until u're done with the pregnancy, also, do a check up appt. with ur optometrist to check ur vision- pregnancy does have some effects on your vision. trust me, i'm 35weeks pregnant and needed a stronger prescription to see clearly. good luck!

Yes it's safe....
You may want to have a pair of glasses in your prescription as well... If you go into labor at night when your lenses are out you may not want to spend the time to get them in... While in labor your eyes may water alot making contacts uncomfortable as well...
Make sure to get extra contact solution and a carrying case to pack in your hospital bag... You don't want to be fumbling with getting your everyday solution and caes while you are in labor...

Pregnancy should not have any effect on that. If you haven't already, thorougly read the packet they give you at your first dr visit. If it is not mentioned in there, call the dr to find out for peace of mind.
