Ok you want a good picture. Simple take 100. I know sounds smart *** but its true. I am an amateur photographer. It's hard to give tips on how to do your hair and cloths because I can't see you. First tip no drastic changes. You sound very petite and attractive so it should be easy. Try getting some one to take pic's of you. Use a simple formula. Look away from the camera.. turn and smile in the general direction of the camera. Do this over and over. Siting, standing, kneeling, in a chair, outside, inside, looking up, down, at the camera, at the ground, out into space.
It takes some time but you Will find one you like.

Well, you can put your hair up or leave it down, or even add some soft, pretty curls!...your choice
wear a pretty dress and pantyhose, also some matching shoes
maybe hold a pretty flower in the picture and don't forget to smile, smile, smile!
For makeup: a little eye liner, mascara, blush and some light lipstick. You can also wear eyeshadow...but I don't much care for it (your choice).
the trick is to wear your make up so that it looks like you aren't wearing much, but still makes u look pretty.
also maybe wear a necklace, earrings and a bracelet or ring.

wear a nice long floaty skirt with a sexy top and for ur hair get loose curls done and now the make up nice smokey eyes and mascara with little blush on cheeks and nice lip gloss and wear killer heals and try 2 get as many pics as u can try to show every part of ur dress including ur heals

make your makeup look tastefull but seductive any drag queen in yer area can help you with this and for non softcore porn sexy photos try a tan or blue flowered sundress, tan or black lace knee high panty hose and some kinda medium to high heels when you take the pics for dressing clothing
also you can go for the white asian look meaning a blue or red kimono style mini dress same style makeup and panty hose but switch to a matching colored pair of flats for shoes and wrap your hair into a bun secured with bobby pins and for the final touch take 2 chopsticks and put them in the back of the bun in an X formation and see if your bf doesn't get turned on in his next letter to you for his response
Underwear under each dress is your personal preference
