I like jonathan better as a first name,
and both girl names are good, though i prefer Ella (more special, and means goddes in hebrew)

Those names are nice, but trust me, you need to pick different ones unless you want your kid to be one of many. Especially the girl names, Emma is becoming the most common name for babies and Ella is becoming more common too. In a few years, when these kids start school, the teacher will call the name "Emma" and half the girls in class will respond.

Matilda rose for a girl
and
Oliver Tate for a boy.
