I watch court t.v every night and 3 out of 4 cases are black people committing crimes against whites.Same thing with the cops show.The prison shows have mosely black and mexican gang members in them,in one prison there was only 10 white prisoners out of thousands.Also most rapes cases its a black guy rapeing a white women.In one case i saw a 20 year old black punk kidnapped,raped and murdered a 60 year old white woman(these are true cases)Then they wonder why cops stop young blacks that are hanging around and acting strange.Blacks only make up 20 percent of the population of this country,but commit 70 percent of the crime. I'm white and have been stopped by cops,but the rev.Ale and his boys weren't leading a protest for me the next day? Cops are just doing their job! If the shoe fits wear it! I'm not saying all blacks are bad,but most of them are volilent by nature!

I am looking for a concealable holster for a S&W 3914. I see model 39 sizes and model 3913. Mine is a model 3914. Is the frame size the same? I plan on getting a Galco holster. I prefer a friction release rather than a thumb break. I also prefer inside belt rather than shoulder. Any other suggestions?

Okay i have a friend which is my best friend in this whole world.I have know him almost all my life and he has never been in prison,ever.Now some people are saying bad things about my freind and dont even know him. So again i am asking .My friend got put in prison for being with a teenager that was willing as he said.Now maybe he lied there i dont know but i do know how some young girls are these days.Yes i have kids,so i know.. The judge said 2 years to him,and he has been in now for 8 years.The judge has nothin to do with him after he is in,after he is in its up to the parole or the other people i forgot what he said they call em so some of you gave dumb answers ,sorry but you did and dont really know..so thats why i am asking serious answers only... why has he been in 8 years and judge gave him 2 years???? and he also has been moved around alot to different prisons and now they finally giving him work there to make some cash in the kitchen, This is in CCCF in Colo. he has fight bac

and the person following you was a undercover cop car? I thought it was some crazy person and was about to get into a physical confrontation with him if i stopped. He couldnt even pull me over without calling a squad car cause he had no sirans or lights. The squad cop told me she would take my side in court. Isnt that for the most part intrapment?

A friend of mine has been caught driving without a license or insurance on his car. It was obviously confiscated and has been scrapped as he cannot get it back.

He has a provisional license.

He was in court back in 2004 for the same thing and just had a 4 month ban and a fine (cant remember how much).

What can he expect to happen this time as hes cocksure hes gonna get the same but I'm worried he'll be sent to prison.

Any advise would be gratefully received. Even better if anyone has had this experience.

I live in California and my court will be in fairfield
the speed limit was 65mph, and the cop wrote 85mph on my ticket citation
how much is my ticket gonna be? do I HAVE TO go to the court?
this is my first time getting a ticket, so is it gonna go into my record?

A friend of mine and his girl went on a date on Saterday Eve. Since they went with her car, she dropped him off and went home. They found her body next to her car Sunday morning. Beaten up to death... Nothing was stolen. Nothing was touched. Who would do such a thing? And why? Why would they only kill her and not even take the cash in her purse?

I have neighbors who have shot my rooster while it was in a cage, on my property,
and has shot my guinea fowl, also in a cage on my property.
The police were notified and a report filed.
Now, they have been sprinkling seeds in front of my house and making a trail to
their house. We contacted the police, and when he questioned our neighbors,
they said that they were trying to lure the chickens into their yard so that they could shoot them.
We contacted the Hawaii Island Humane Society 24 hour emergency service and
were told that chickens are edible and so it did not matter.

I have done research on the Hawaii state laws governing animal cruelty.
