Umm, pick your own method of the actual dispatching, but to get rid of the body, throw it into an iron crucible. They would become part of a shiney new car, or several paper clips. Either way the body would be completely destroyed.

I would skillfully tie them to a chair, then play continuous feeds of Hillary Clinton speeches to them. Death would be slow and obviously painful. ( I hear they are using this technique at Club Gitmo, by the way, with sterling success).

First thing I'd do is make sure not to tell anyone of my plans! If the person I planned to murder were Cyclops, whose answer preceded mine, all I'd have to do would be to refrain from helping him get his head out of his a s s .....

I would do it in such a way that no one would every know or find out that the person was murdered!
