how do i find out who it is w/o fileing a police report or any leagal stuff

A police officer arrest me because I was pi 11:00PM in a parking lot for "Drunking in public" (it was my first time in my life, I never had any problem before).
She asked if I being drinking , I said no, so she used breathalyser and arrest me.
She asked me " when was the last time you drank?",
I told her 4 hours ago 3 wisky and 3 beers.
Later on I spoke with a Attorney and he told me we gonna play "not guilt" ask for trial and it might take 6 or 9 months (will cost me $2000 or $3000)
Should I go in court and say I'm not guilt and let attorney fight or just go there and say I'm guilt?

My 6 year old daughter was sexually abused by her 14 year old uncle last year, and we heard today that the crown prosecution is going to take the case on Im just looking for some advise on how to deal with this as my daughter will have to be cross examined via a tv link into the court. What kind of support can I as a mum can I provide her with, as when she has been video interviewed in the past it has caused her major trauma any advice greatfully appreciated

If you broke a state law, and the police is after you, and you lead them through four different states for only several seconds, at Four Corners in the U.S. (the point at which four states' borders meet up at one point), then would each state prosecute and/or the federal government prosecute you, assuming if they wanted to?

I got one in Dallas County and one in Bexar County.....i am a full time student and i am also under 21,i want to go to either dental school or Med school i was wondering, how hard is it going to be for me to get in...and also if any one is also going thru the same thing please give me some advice...on extra things that they might have to do or just basically overall what i need to do and focus on??? Don't think this is stupid, because a camera in your car could have saved many of you who read this. The Police State is coming. I know a camera could have saved me a few times. Cops do lie, but cameras are so small and inexpensive you can stop this, because a few law suits will slow this, but you have to put the camera in "BEFORE" you are stopped. www.prisonplanet.com

My daughters father is going to get an Enforcement order to have my child physically removed against her will (she is 3) from my home at his visitation time in 2 weeks. My daughter doesn't know him and doesn't want to go with him. She thows a fit at the mention of his name even when I try to make him look good. Can the Police come and physically remove her at this time?
