It doesn't affect me but i was told that starting with the freshman the age to get your licence was bumped up. Do they get their permit later too? or do they just have to have their permits for a year and a half now? For me i am able to get my permit at 16 and a half, ciderella licence at 17 and full licence at 18. i was told that the freshman can't even get their cinderella till 18. Wondering how this will affect my sister.

When someone was cited and arrested for public intoxication and battery, on the citation, the officer wrongly recorded an out of state sales ID as a CA driver's license. Is this a technicality that can get the charges dismissed? Looking for any legal loophole!

If prostitution was their only charge, not drug possession or anything else, how much are the fines? How long is jail time? And if they were trying to look for other work, what would employers think of their record?

I am not one, I was only curious for a friend.

Both were drunk and speeding was involved. My friend was taken to the hospital, and released the next day. I haven't spoken to him since before the crash and don't know the types of charges he's facing. Does anyone have an idea of the charges and possible sentence of each? This all happened in Delaware.

I got caught the other day beacuse I was in a hurry and didn't manage to get a ticket. I offered to pay the fine but instead they took my details and gave me a caution. Because they didn't have me arrested does this mean I will just get a fine, or will try any jail me over this petty event? They said the courts will contact me - how long does this take - it was South West Trains.
