Since I turned 16 (now 17) I have had many pointless encounters with police accusing me of random things I didn't do. Why do they do this? I am a good kid and they keep trying to make me a bad one. I honestly think they want me to be the person they keep trying to make me sound like. I don't do bad things. They just think I do because I was arrested with alcohol and I am under age.

I was stopped by the police a couple of years ago when they accused me of dangerous driving (not stopping at a roundabout and not signalling before turning left).

At the time they said they were cautioning me. I didn't take this seriously (I don't remember being asked to sign anything).

How do I find out if I was actually formally cautioned? I need to declare cautions on a job application form (for which police checks will be performed) and I don't want to say yes or no without being absolutely sure first.

Thank you.

Is captical punishment has a place in today society?

Ive been hawked and stalked for four years over this question. When you tell me WHO U ARE, and what youre interest is in the matter.. then I MIGHT.. but probably wont TELL YOU. Whose business it is anyhow.. They cut me out of the movie deal . This happened to me NOT SUE OR DEBBY. You dont get your ending.
I am in jeaporady due to the criminal activies and lies of their organized crime gang. That event did not work alone with just one person. I am destitute , have no car, no job and sleep on a couch, defending the TRUTH OF 9/11/01... and they reaped my donations and self profited. thats why you dont meet me . Youre profiting off my skin too! peacheswrites@yahoo.com

The police exist for the sole purpose of protecting the innocent and their property and yet recent experience in the UK would demonstrate that they are both unwilling and unable to fulfil this function. If that is the case isn't it time that the individual in society was allowed to protect him/herself and therefore have the right to bear arms and use them legally in self defence without fear of prosecution..

We are told that 25% of American females have been sexually abused.

If that is the case, most of you know a LOT of perverts. And, you are likely related to them. More importantly, whey aren't about 20 million American men in jail for this abuse?

Does this include your dad? Uncle? Brother? Son? Grandfather?

Not that I would ever do it, but if you were walking down the street and a cop walks by you and you flip him off, can he do anything about it?
I seen this video on youtube where a guy did it and the cop started beating the crap out of him and I just didn't feel that was right. I mean yeah, the guy shouldn't have done it, but the cop just went crazy on him.

The point of having punishments for breaking the laws is to be a deterrent, right?

How are we supposed to find out the penalties for breaking the
law? The police do not believe that it is their job to explain the laws to you. Some law enforcement are encouraged to lie to you in order to get a confession.

I know if a speed limit sign said fine = $100 then I would be less likely to speed. If safety is really the goal of laws, then why are the penalties such a mystery? Informing the public would make the world a safer place.
