Survival of the fittest my good man. there is no legal code or rules governing boyfriends and girlfriends. There should be a moral code but that depends on the people involved. What if those two are meant to be together? What if they will be happily married and sail off into the sunset? Are you going to stand in the way of true love? Then again it may just be a good romp in the sack and your left high and dry. Your only recourse at this point is, does she have a sister?

they're only unlawful in case you get caught. yet, that's quite area of the sport, they have been doing it for some years. The 1951 long island Giants won a pennant doing it. The Yankees announcers' are the worst in baseball, do no longer pay any interest to the a$$holes.

Tecnically the only way to steal a person is by kidnapping them. So if another person woos another person's girlfriend from him, this is not considered straling according to the strictest sense of the penal code.

free will, a pair of shoes doesnt have free will, it cant decide to go with you, a person on the other hand does have free will they are no ones property except their own, therefor her BF doesnt own her and she can go with whomever she wants, its a low thing to do steal someones GF, but its really up to the girl to decide what she wants.

A: because a person doesn't "steal" someone else's girlfriend - she CHOOSES to go with that other person.
B: the CORRECT response is: "Why is it legal for you to walk around with 1/5 of an adult brain rattling around in your skull?"

Yopu can't steal anyone that goes with you willingly. Now, if you force her to go with you, you can't be charge with theft, but with kidnapping, false imprisonment, and depending the state, a few other offenses?? People have free will, not objects??

Because your not actually stealing something, she is willing going with you. And if the girlfriend freely goes then she didnt care that much about you

Because girl friends are not slave. You don't own them. She makes her own decisions. If she decided to leave then you were not providing what she really wanted in the relationship.
You are better off knowing that now and moving on.

Its interesting that you equate your living breathing girlfriend with an inanimate object such as shoes.
She wasn't stolen (although it may have felt that way) she went with the new person of her own volition. She simply chose him over you. Get over it.
