me and my friend is having a debate over if you are smoking weed in your own home and the cops smell it right you can get arrested. I say yes my friend said no that no cop is going through all that paper work for a blunt. I still belive the cops can arrest you who is right me or my friend.

Today my mom found out someone has been using my moms social security number. When the lady went to get her manager I looked over at the computer and saw the persons name and her "alleged" birthdate which happens to be her exact date but a different year. I didnt see the adress because the lady was coming back. I know we have to call the police but is there anything else we should do?

cops are trying get me with theft by deception and what what will i be charged with in pennsylvania? the total of the item was 650.00 and am totally innocent, i know some will say get an attorney i have one. and other questions i have is if i write a statement and was not read my rights can they bring that statement up in court? and are they alowed to question a person harshly in front of a child when the child had no involvement?

im sorry i need to be more specific, my friend got arrested on saturday on a bench warrant, because he dident show up on his court day. thats what he saids then this morring he got let out with out a bail only with his word that he shows up to court. is this posible? but what if he was chagre with 5 feloneys will they stell let him out on his word only.

My freind used to work in a department store and she claims they caught shoplifters by placing cameras over the bathroom stall.I thought it was illegal for them to videotape you when you are using the restroom but she refuses to use the restrooms at this particular store because she claims they tape you.Is this legal?How disgusting!

I have been dealing with a psychotic chick who will not leave my husband alone, he plays in a band and is in the bars frequently. She is also in the same bar every time he plays I know she is on Court supervised probation for one year, misdemeanor class A, SIS.....what can I do? she cannot go to the bars and drink if she is on Probation can she?
