I am being charged with 3 felonies right now and I need to know do I go about discredit evidence based on conspiracies within the officers serving warrant?

you need to prove enough to cause reasonable doubt. conspiracy theories are generally pretty unbelievable though.

as to how much, it really depends on the evidence against you, and the evidence you can come up with. Generally if there is strong evidence against you, you need to find some pretty strong evidence that proves your innocence.

You need a good lawyer. If you have a jury trial, all you need is reasonable doubt. But to discredit evidence can be tough.
