If you want to work for the National Park Service, you will need to go to your local unemployment office. They will have applications. Complete the application, being verrrry detailed and mail it in.
For a park ranger, you will need a degree, and then complete the federal law enforcement training, which will in a sense make you a federal officer.

Check the US Government website, for employment opportunitys. See if they are hiring. The Bureau of Customs and Border Patrol is hiring now.
