my probation will be turminated upon full payment of my fine and i only have 600 left and i can pay it all before i go back do you guys think its really smarter to call her and let her put me in jail because if i do let her lock me up then i cant pay off all my other fines and get my licence back before i go to court for my new charges its a vicious circle i dont know what to do i just want to get my licence back

Your best bet is to notify your PO ASAP. He/she will find out that you have been rearrested anyway. All probation departments get copies of arrest records from the previous day/week so I'm sure your name will pop up there. In addition, probation officers are supposed to run your criminal and driving record before you are released from probation to look for any new offenses so this new arrest will certainly show up there. Even if you are released from your previous probation before the new arrest is "discovered", your probation officer has up to one (1) year from the date of your release to file a Petition for Probation Revocation. My advise - come clean now and face the consequence now instead of a year from now.

You are toast.
Yes, your probation officer will find out about this. When you were busted, the officer did a routine records check and your status popped right up. The police will notify your PO.
The worst your PO can do is bring you back before the judge that imposed the original sentence. The judge will ask for an explanation about your conduct. The judge can continue your current probation or throw your sorry butt in jail.
THEN you get to deal with the new charge. The least you can expect is a big a s fine and, depending on other conduct, perhaps some jail time. Your suspension will, of course, be extended. If you are employed, you might be able to get a work release if you are jailed.
Don't do stupid stuff like fail to appear. Suck it up and tell the judge what a dumb a s you are and how you have found God and will never do anything bad again. The judge has heard it all before but they seem to like the tune; you might get a break.

She will likely see that within the next 48 hours, call her tomorrow morning and tell her what happened. Do not delay, PO's do not like surprises!!! Pay off the old fine as soon as you can, unfortunately this recent arrest, if you are convicted will have an impact in the clearing of your previous charge. Do not do this again anytime soon, if you show a pattern while on probation it can make things much worse than they already are. Think about joining a support group that has something to do with serial driving infractions, it will help when you go to court.

Your probation for 1 year usually has nothing to do with paying a fine! They occasionally find out, and you might get away with it for a few months, but not for 8 or 9 months!
You got arrested for driving without AGAIN! What were you thinking, or were you? Have a nice time in jail! Seems as some will never learn!

You better tell her. She will find out and then you could be put in jail just for not telling her(thats an additional charge). She may not put you in jail or may not for long but if you dont tell her then she for sure will(cause that will p... her off).

You are a born loser and should go to jail. Why did you do such a stupid thing, not once, but twice?
