A sexual offender can be someone who mistakenly got mixed up with the wrong person. For example, a 20 year old who had sex with a 17 year old but thought he/she was of age.. A sexual predator is a sexual offender who seeks out the under aged by using the Internet, go to local game room or other such locations to make sure they are getting the under aged because they may be able to bully them more. One can be a mistake the other is intentional.

I don't know that the particular crime someone is charged with makes the difference between sex offender and predator. A 19 year old having consensual sex with a 16 may be against the law in some states. A one time conviction may result in being labeled a sex offender. However, if you get charged with the same crime 3 more times, i think you are moving into the predator catorgory. The frequency and pattern of behavior are more of an indicator than a particular charge.

difference between a predator and an offender
A sexual predator is a person who was convicted of a serious sexual crime against a minor (under 18 years of age) or an adult, and who was declared to be a “sexual predator” by the court. Because these sexual predators are no longer incarcerated, the law requires they initially register with the States or Department of Law Enforcement. A person classified as a sexual predator is so classified for life, unless his/her civil rights are restored, or the conviction is overturned, or they receive a full pardon.
Sex Offenders are Predator,Prostitute,pimps,rapist etc

Get a No Cost Background Check Scan at https://tinyurl.im/aH3Pt
Its a sensible way to start. The site allows you to do a no cost scan simply to find out if any sort of data is in existence. A smaller analysis is done without cost. To get a detailed report its a modest payment.
You may not realize how many good reasons there are to try and find out more about the people around you. After all, whether you're talking about new friends, employees, doctors, caretakers for elderly family members, or even significant others, you, as a citizen, have a right to know whether the people you surround yourself with are who they say they are. This goes double in any situation that involves your children, which not only includes teachers and babysitters, but also scout masters, little league coaches and others. Bottom line, if you want to find out more about someone, you should perform a background check.

a sex offender, is a term for people who generally act as oportunists.
a sex `predator` is someone who activley goes out in search of victims.
i think the term is `pre-meditated` and that makes all the difference.

Criminal Records Database: https://wikimedia.im/background-checks
Public records are named so because these are records that are meant to be obtained by public and when you say "public", it could be anyone. Public records can be used by anyone for investigations and other things like genealogy, verifications, and free background check. When you say it is public, there is no need to ask permission to the person who is named on the records or the person that you are investigating. You also do not need to ask permission from the government if you want to obtain such records by social security number. All you have to do is to visit them and follow the process of requesting the public records and then wait for the records to be ready for pick up. Once you already have the records that you need, you are now ready to perform a free background check.
