some ppl say i have some say i havent..i just want the truth because im confused.

If you have taken something from a store and get caught and they take your details and call your mum to pick you up..does that mean you've got a criminal record or will they tell you if you have got one?


by the way none of u know the story becoz i did not actually steal it..u dont know the story so dnt judge me.


i havent been 2 court and the police didnt take me..ive never done anthing bad in my life

my partner is a mental patient and i slapped his leg and bum cos he was getting out of control as his become addicted to drugs, last year he had me in court and now im on 12months good behaviour now his saying he can put me in prision for trying to bring his violent temper down against me and my young son, can i go to prision for this.

I was walking down the street today and a black male approached me. He asked if I was straight and I said yes. Then he walked with me and asked me if I needed that rock referring to crack cocaine. I have never used that drug nor would I buy a drug from someone I don't know. He got mad and tried to pressure me into buying this drug. I kept refusing but he was intimidating me to commit a felony. What should I have done. I eventaully got him away but I felt threatend he was trying to make me buy this.

okay in late october i got kicked out of school with 2 of my friends.
i havent seen either of them since witch was like october 26th when we got seperated among the 3 assistant/principals
and they took our stories and then next thing i know theres a crap load of officers behind me then they called my mom to come pick me up at school and they would explain when she got there. she arrived and was yelling at me and the officers were talking to me and they had already talked to my friends if the school pressed charges we would have went to juvinile right then and there luckly the school didnt press charges they just kicked us out of school and told us that it was going on our criminal record so we all unpacked our lockers and left school with no return until gave permission by the school okay well you get the point what we done is skipped 2 classes 4 a week and a 1/2 to graphty the school bathroom we finished ope and went to do another but it was to risky we left to a diff. 1 got caught

The government don't even arrest the KKK because they didn't break the law but they did a long time a ago by KILLING BLACK PEOPLE, even knowing that there's proof that they did it but there's too many looppole that let them to still do the same thing that they are doing by killing black people and the FDI or anybody is not arresting them right now because of their ethic background but even so they may do it agian and there's nothing that we can do about it. and DONT SAY THAT WE HAVE BIGGER PROBLEMS THEN THIS BECAUSE OF THE IRAQ WAR OR "TERRORISM". When I was 15, I was caught shoplifting at Kohls and signed a paper agreeing not to go back. Unfortunately, in the chaos of the moment, I didn't read the whole paper so I don't know what I agreed to. I'm now 18 and want to return- especially for black friday.

I know I was stupid at the time and it's not a mistake I've made since then. Does anyone have any suggestions as to how I should go about either finding out whether I'm allowed back or any insignt as to how strictly my being banned from the store would be enforced?

There was a guy in a two door BMW, going about 65-70 on our road that is 25 mph. He was flying around corners and his tires were screeching...i called the county sherriff's dept. (since we live in the township) and gave him the car description and license plate number. Can they do anything since they didn't see him themselves? I saw them come out and look around, is that all they can really do?
