me and my cousin (im 13 and he is 14) were stopped by the cops when we just left our friends house after we were hanging out anyways he asked us our name and our birthdays and told us to go home... i have moved three times over the summer and i live with my mom and she has a different last name becuase she is divorced.. can they track me down? my cousin has lived in the same house and has the same phone number since he was born so can they find him?? we both have clean records and have never got caught by the cops before.. so what happens now?

hello, we own a small restaurant/cafe in the corner of a big city.. its mostly lower class people and im not racist but our customers are 90% african american. Im afraid we're gonna get robbed because a lot of our customers are drug dealers etc.. you can smell marijuana when they walk in.. most of our customers are cool, but there was this one guy today who came in and was really shady.. i got this bad bad feeling from him and i was ready to bolt out of the back door.. he was dressed like he was going to rob us wearing all black and gloves , sunglasses etc.. and he kept looking around .. anyway.. this is a family restaurant, and we are asian.. so i dont know what this all means but i just dont know anymore.. pleasee any advice or thoughts .. would be grateful.. is our chances hhigh for getting robbed?? thanks

what is bad about it? how much 'scum' do you really have to deal with? do you feel good about what you do? i'm always worried that if i become a cop, i'll just get really tired of dealing with the scum of society all the time yelling and cussing at me and stuff...what's it like being a cop, and how often do you have an intense situation like having to stop a robbery?

I live in a very small community where everyone knows everyone about. Well a 13yr old boy gets mad because an old man that had a big heart in this town didnt want him on his property for the purposes that he had bulls. Well the boy came back and killed this kind man and now he is being tried as an adult. How crazy is this Do you think guns should be banned completly for kids even hunting from this experience i believe that they arent mature enough to handle a gun

there has been a brash a polic shootouts and fatalities of supposed suspects which resulted in over ten fatalities, this year alone in the dekalb county area. today,nov 21, 2006, another shootout occured in the atlanta/fulton county area which invovled three officers and ninety-two year old woman. the officers were undercover narcotics agents and kicked the door of the woman's home, naturally she panicks shooting the three but not critically, she was then shot and killed. is atlanta becoming the new L.A.?

I have a juvenile felony criminal record, i was convicted and charged as a juvenile. I want to become a police officer, or join the FBI, or the military, can I? there is a drug charge, as well as a couple of others, i never served any time, but, the charges are there. HELP!

Somebody wrote me a hot check a month ago. Went to the hot check dept here in Texas to get it sorted. They wrote the culprit a letter, to give him a chance to rectify it. He never replied. I was told the only recourse I have is to go to court, but I need the culprit's social security number or driver's licence, or they can't pursue the matter. Needless to say I don't have either .... I have his name and address, but apparently that isn't enough. Does anyone know how I can get hold of somebody's SSN?? Or can anybody just write hot checks as long as they don't give you their SSN? Isn't this weird?? Does anybody know how I should go about getting my money??

i know this is a schocking question and i was not the buyer, but family members were. wouldn't it just be here say at this point? but what if i could get at least 15 people to talk of thier drug purchases and the dealers drug activity the whole time he was on parole. would it be enough to prosecute the dealer of being a dealer?

OK first thing is first I was living with my father for about 3 months after completeing the Job Corps program. My father has basicually mental and physically abused me my entire life. One day I was fixing some chicken and french fries and the grease make a little popping noise and it woke my father up he than got mad and threw a coffee cup at me striking me in the head which caused a cut that had to be closed up by staples. I went down to the police station right after it happened and told them and of course they put him in jail. Anyways I was going to College at the time which I am still going and I now am homeless living in my car. I went to my grandmas which is my dads mother which she lives in Owensboro, Ky and asked her and see if I could stay with her for awhile until I got back on my feet and she basicually said no. She said that she was so set in her ways that she just could'nt and my Uncle and Aunt was sitting there to and they didnt help either I believe they are mad at me

because I called the law on my dad which is my grandmas son, uncles borther and aunts brother, I have been living in my car off and on for about 3 months. Churches have been helping me out alittle which I am greatful for but they put me in a hotel for one night and something to eat for a night and of course I am greatful. Well than I started to go on a drinking benge and got a P.I. in Owensboro, Ky and thats a fine I have to pay and then about a week later I went to Evansville In, and was pissing out in the parking lot thought no one was watching and the cops roll up and take me to jail for public nudity and a P.I. stayed in jail for about 5 hours and they let me out. I know you are woundering how I got the money to drink and I got it from raking leaves. Then I went to the police station a couple days later to get a voucher to get a place to stay and to eat and gave them my ID they ran my name and it said I had a suspended licence in Indiana but I was in kentucky and my kentuckys is ok

See my kentucky license is good but expired and a cop pulled me over not to long ago and took them because they where expired so I had a Indaina I.d still and that is what I use for I.D. purposes. And they gave me a ticket for a suspended license and there not suspended in Ky so now I have got to go to court on that to I am in alot of stuff but dont know how I am going to pay for all of these tickets. I have been looking for a job for about 3 months and have had some luck but was not enough to get the job please help what would you do in this situation and also I have no true friends to help me so that is out of the question to please help
