well, he could have gotton the gun from anywhere...it has nothing to do with gun control...it could have been placed somewhere where the parents thought it was safe...now as for the real reason you should have asked this question...do they have the rights to try him as an adult....YES...he knew better...he knew what the outcome would have been....I think if you want to act like an adult...then you should be treated as one....they should give him life...and YES...if he were my son...lock him up...i wouldn'twant that kind of person around me anyways....my heart goes for the old man....

I'm from Canada, we are famous for our gun registry. Every upstanding citizen registered their weapons. Funny, the bad guys weren't so eager and their whereabouts didn't magically become known. Even so, you now have to lock your trigger, stuff your weapon in an approved safe, lock it, lock your ammunition in another secure spot. Hide your keys, combination. And still we had ourselves a nice little shooting over a P3. It doesn't work. A 13 year old who has the sense to take a gun, cause he obviously knows he can't take the old man single handed, deserves whatever he gets. Don't tell me he doesn't know what dead is. Bury the little ****head.

I learn the whole article and the 1st thing that I inspiration was "These youngsters are totally clueless about what to count on!" they aren't even historical adequate to shield themselves let by myself a little one. Their lives are effectivly over earlier than they've even rather begun. Schooling will exit the window, they're going to customarily come to be jobless. At thirteen they will have to be having fun with being children...Not raising one. My niece and nephew are 13 and in the event that they even started having sex at that age i would be horrified, let alone if my niece bought pregnant or my nephew acquired a lady pregnant. Schools should be educating intercourse ed but striking far more emphasis on secure sex and the danger of being pregnant and std's. =)

Some adults aren;t mature enough to handle a gun.
the problem is one of access. If access was restricted, he may not have been so quick to react to the incident.

I think that he should be tried as an adult.
I think that kids who are not mature enough to have guns (i.e. unable to control their temper) shouldn't be allowed to have them.
It is up to the parents to exercise some control over their kids. It is also up to the parents to lock their gun cabinets.

Because of the freedoms in the U.S. you will
always have problems, as anyone can get any-
thing they want just by knowing someone that
knows someone else.

all guns should be destroyed they are obsolete good for nothing the only reason they still make them is for money the only people that buy them do so because without the gun they are weak and soft the gun makes them feel tough(if you want meat just go shopping-
