how can i find out if ups will hire my fiancee when he gets out next year?

i dont know...they usually ask on the application bout ur criminal past.....they might not hire em bcuz of that

They advertise that they are an equal opportunity employer, so the only thing you can do is apply, and see what happens. If you call and ask any employer about opportunities for ex cons, they will say yes, but in reality, the chances aren't good for someone with a record.

Call the UPS personnel or human resources office and pose the question to them.

Call their human resources dept and ask... I'm betting no, as they are liable for any missing packages, they wouldn't risk it.
