I was granted an 18 month restraining order against my ex. He violated the order and I enforced it and he landed up in jail. The first court date I missed because the DA's office failed to inform me of the date. I missed the 2nd courtdate due to just having started a new job but this time I at least had a chance to talk to the DA. The 3rd and final court date is coming up and I told the DA my job would only give me the time off if I showed them an official subpeona, thus far they haven given me one. I'm told if I don't show up this time not only will my ex get out but the restraining order I have against him will be void, is that true?

My neighbor was arrested a couple of weeks ago for manufacturing meth in his home and possibly on my rural property. I'm hardly ever down on the farm anymore, so he had plenty of privacy to commit his crimes. I found one of his campfire sites near a creek on the property, but, at the time, didn't know it was for drug making.

What do I look for? Is there a smell? What does it smell like when it is being heated? Anyone with first hand experience in finding meth labs out in the woods reading this and can offer suggestions on how to prevent this from happening again?

It's embarrassing to know the DEA, FBI, and such were on my place as well as his looking for dope making materials. I was told the drug sniffing dogs signalled many times on the abandoned house on the property, but when I went inside the house last week, I could find nothing out of place. Can I rent a dope sniffing dog to go on my own property and look for this hazardous material before it pollutes the ground water?

im 39 and my mother died when i was 2 and my father died when i was 5 now the police believe's they killed themselves but its not true my mothers step sister did it but cover it up to make it look like they killed themselves i know it was her cause i was spying both times and i have been trying to tell the police for years and years that it her but they dont believe me cause there is no eveidence and i only remeber a little bit how she killed my father now i the eveidence may or may not be around still cause it was 34 years ago when my mother's step sister killed my father and i remeber there was no blood so can someone please tell me if any other way to prov that it was her.

I found a bullet with my metal detector. There were some very old items at this site. Including some military pins I can't identify. Let me add I found things from many time periods, it's not neccessarily military. The casing is corroded to the point there's no writing on it. Parts of it are missing. The slug itself is a shiny silver. No corrosion. From the size of it I'm guessing it's a 38 caliber. Any ideas?

An officer went to talk to a suspect at suspect's home. After determining the suspect wasn't there, and there being no danger of destroying evidence (large, non-flammable non-flushable objects), the officer, clearly tresspassing (home in center of 1 1/2 acres of private land), peered through windows and took photographs. Officer cited what was viewed throught the windows in subsequent application for warrant. Any legal references are welcomed as is possible further consultation.

lady I take care of came home to her house open. Thinking that her house was broken into found out by neighbor that the police were called to her residence by the agency that I work for because she didn't answer her door. The police in this Illinois town had neighbor crawl through his crawlspace into her garage to open door in meantime, broke some expensive things she had boxed in her garage when getting in. Anyways, police entered her home finding out that she wasn't there. Then when leaving, neighbor asked if he should lock her house back up and they said no. She felt so violated and went to the town hall for the report to file a complaint and no report was filled out. This act was comitted by the Chief of police and is the one who didn't file the report. How can she get piece of mind about this.

Dui was in PA. Went to jail for 3 weeks. Completed safe driving classes and D/A evaluation. Was accepted into ARD program but never reported to court because I moved to GA. Dont know what to do. Never been in trouble or even drove while intoxicated. Dont reply with you remarks about DUI unless you are qualified to do so. I am a professional myself and would never give out advice if I didnt know it was true by fact. Can charges be switched to GA? What would I have to do? Will I still qualify for ARD?
Please save your judging for someone else cause GOD is my only judge. Dont act like you lived a life like CHRIST.
