I have to fill out a form and I'm asked if I have any criminal convictions (including trafic offences).
I've had 3 points on my licenence for a trafic signal offence -- is this a criminal conviction. and if not can you explain to me when a road offece can be criminal conviction?

Do the Police see it as a sport on a Friday night o see how many young lads they can get in the back of a van and beat him up, 6 on 1, while he is cuffed and done nothing wrong but walk in a group of 5?

If so, do they see it as if they have done anything wrong?

If you were honestly doing nothing wrong have you been accused otherwise?

I have had many questionable encounters over the years and every time I get so irate but the laws here are so full of loopholes AGAINST civilians! Fighting the harassment is worthless.

my sister was at the cubs on noxville and she was shot by a stray bullet. two juys were yelling at eachother and one of them pulled a gun. My sister was hit in the arm and chest. If any one has any info on this mater eather IM me or contact the police about it please!! I want to get these pepole off the streets next time it could be someones kid and we dont want to see that

Do I have to show ID to officers that ask for it for no apparent reason?
Just because they want to know who I am?
Dont they have to have probable cause?

myself and bussiness partner were having a drink in union rooms and as we were leaving a doorman said something to me which i did not here. when i said pardon me i was grabed from behind pinned to the floor and manhandled out witch has left me with a broken finger and back injuries. my partner aloso received the same trearment. when the police spoke to the staff at the pub they said i looked very alike to a known trouble maker. he then said to me in front of the police we all look the same, meaning black people. being outraged at this i found the police were unwilling to do anything about this. am i wrong to think this is a serious matter or should i, as the police officer said, let it go and move on?

I went to the probation office 2day, this was my 1st time...
I'm on 6months probation, do i need to visit that officer every week???

I told the officer that I lived in my friend's house...(but now i'm not) and the officer
need to visit next wk... i'll tell my friend but wt will the officer actually do when she
visit...??? Will she visit again n again...???? or just once...???

I was told that cops would not chase a speeding motorcycle due to the high amount of danger involved for the motorcycle rider, and because more often then not, the motorcycles top speed is greater then the police cruisers.

I was wondering if being a reserve deputy sheriff will require the same amount of training as being a full time deputy. I was also wondering if the application process is the same. Also will it be required to attend the same law enforcement academy as regular full time deputies.

Me and my girlfriend were pulled over last night in my car.She was found with a gram of meth.On her after it was found on her she said it was hers. I was taken out of the car before it was found on her.They then searched the car found nothing else loaded us up in the police trucks took us to the jail house confined us for 3 to 4 hours before telling us what we were being charged with.They still have failed to read us our rights.I don't understand how I can be charged with something I didn't posess.If there is something wrong with this what should I do.
