You can go to the local agency where the subject was believed to be booked and request a photo. It is a public record. However,most California jails, to my knowledge, do not post their inmates' photographs on line. The press usually throws a booking photo in with a really juicy story so a search of your local paper, or the paper that covers the suspect's jurisdiction of arrest may be in order.

simple .......... walk down a gang infested street and point your middle finger at them ................. when they beat you to a bloody pulp ........... you can then take a look at their mug shot for FREE at a police station
