*** call the probation officer right away and let her know you're not living there. it's REALLY not gonna look good if she thinks you're lyin to her.

Probation is what you get instead of or after jail time. If you are not honest and do not follow your probation, then your little butt will end up in jail, where you will serve the remaining time of your probation and maybe more. The officer will visit whenever they want--they do surprise ones. And you should have asked the officer how often you need to check in and what your terms of probation are. I say you better get on that phone tomorrow on set it all straight!

If you don't tell her where you are living and are discovered you are in violation of your probation already... not a good start. Immediatley tell your probation officer you have moved. It is your job to keep her informed. They can check at ANY time. And make sure you check with her to see what her exact schedule is that she wants you to keep and then stick to it, unless of course you want further consequences for breaking the law, but really is it worth it? no.. stick to the rules and your time will be up before you know it.

You need to update your probation officers file. Tey can revoke your probation if your information is not correct. Usually a phone all is all it takes to say I moved and this is my new address. Unless it was specified in your probation that you were to live with a guardian.

Always inform your probation officer about your whereabouts so that he will be properly observing your status. It is for your own good in order that your record will be good while on probation.

You need to ask the probabtion officer and not lie. You will get in BIG trouble, possibly get a worse punishment.

Call and ask and be honest if you moved.

Why would you want to be in a worse position?

Don't think you can outsmart them, they are experienced people of the law.

If you lie to them, I don't want to read the news that you were harrassed or singled out.

Just follow the law and finish your 6 months asap, before you prolong the sentence.
