The FBI has primary jurisdiction. The affected agency may run a parallel investigation, depending on the circumstances, but the FBI is the lead.

The FBI will be in charge of the investigation, but will accept assistance from other agencies, espically the one that is missing the agent, or having murdered the agent.

FBI. The DEA and atf aren't set up for homicide investigations. They usually just have one liaison investigator from that agency that attaches to the team.

What kind of question is that? Probably the FBI, depending on the level of the individual. Possibly the secret service if a director, I would guess
