Go To Bed. Don't worry about it. They cant do anything, If you didn't do anything wrong.

If all they did was send you home, then you are in good shape. I got a phone call at 3:30 am one night AT WORK by the cops, because my daughter was out past city curfew. She had snuck out of my parents house to go with her boyfriend (she was 16 at the time). The cops wanted to know if they needed to drop her off with me or did I want something else done. I should have told them to take her downtown and I would pick her up when I got off work, but I told them to take her back to my parents. They talked to my dad when the cops got her to his house and she never did it again.

Nothing happens. They only take that information in case a crime is later reported in the area, so they can go back over who was around at the time.

Also, since you're both underage they're checking against curfew laws and such. They can still find you, but unless you committed a crime you're fine.

When I was younger I think I had them take that information over a dozen times at different points and nothing ever happened.

For one, the cops will find you. Why? Because you were stupid enough to put this all on the internet! Thier going to trace it back to the source, and you'll be there. And as for attacking the cop, Let The Power Be With You Man!!!

Usually cities have diffrent curfews, you should check with the local Police to see if your has one. If so you being 13, should actually not be out that late anyways without adult supervision. They were probably just trying to make sure you were not causing problems.

No, they can't track you down. They just wanted to shake you up a little bit.

Check and see if your city has a curfew. If it doesn't, no cop has the right to tell you to go home, if you're walking around.

Nothing. They didnt arrest you, they are not after you and they will keep no record, except to perhaps recognize you in the future, based on your account. NO WORRIES! Cops are OK, and so are you.

i think the cops were seeing if you were runaways or just seeing if you were ok.these are bad times and kids do get picked up by strangers now.i think he just wanted you to get off the street where you are safe.and he would have done something that night if he was going to do anything.

relax....If you were not doing any dirt you have no need to worry about cops...Your nervousness makes me think you were and you ran. But if you did not do anything wrong, you need not worry!
