Last night i pissed in an elevator, and got arrested for doing so. Shouldn't this be legal seeing as I was drunk?

Nope. You vandalized private property. In doing so, you're breaking the law. You should not have been drinking, if you had not been drinking and were not drunk none of this would have happened. So whats the moral of the story? Think of your actions before you perform those actions. Another words. Don't drink.

How dumb are you? Next time save the empty and pee in that. I'd give you community service, you can clean up after all the other drunks peeing and puking all over the place. Geez, drinkers are worse than unbroken house pets, stuff yourself in a crate until you figure it out.

I don't know about other states, but in the Texas Penal Code, it does state that being "under the infulence, is not a defense to prosecution",. Its people like you who try and find loopholes for behavior your not man enough to admit and accept the punishment....

if i were the judge and you came to me with that line of crap i would have found a way to up the charge from public intox to a felony criminal mischeif, indecent exposure, and whatever else i could think of while telepathically telling my bailiff to smack you on the back of the head for being an idiot.

It's legal as long as you don't get caught. Next time, don't pee in a place that usually has cameras. Try pissing in your bed or laundry basket
