What would you do in this situation?

OK first thing is first I was living with my father for about 3 months after completeing the Job Corps program. My father has basicually mental and physically abused me my entire life. One day I was fixing some chicken and french fries and the grease make a little popping noise and it woke my father up he than got mad and threw a coffee cup at me striking me in the head which caused a cut that had to be closed up by staples. I went down to the police station right after it happened and told them and of course they put him in jail. Anyways I was going to College at the time which I am still going and I now am homeless living in my car. I went to my grandmas which is my dads mother which she lives in Owensboro, Ky and asked her and see if I could stay with her for awhile until I got back on my feet and she basicually said no. She said that she was so set in her ways that she just could'nt and my Uncle and Aunt was sitting there to and they didnt help either I believe they are mad at me

because I called the law on my dad which is my grandmas son, uncles borther and aunts brother, I have been living in my car off and on for about 3 months. Churches have been helping me out alittle which I am greatful for but they put me in a hotel for one night and something to eat for a night and of course I am greatful. Well than I started to go on a drinking benge and got a P.I. in Owensboro, Ky and thats a fine I have to pay and then about a week later I went to Evansville In, and was pissing out in the parking lot thought no one was watching and the cops roll up and take me to jail for public nudity and a P.I. stayed in jail for about 5 hours and they let me out. I know you are woundering how I got the money to drink and I got it from raking leaves. Then I went to the police station a couple days later to get a voucher to get a place to stay and to eat and gave them my ID they ran my name and it said I had a suspended licence in Indiana but I was in kentucky and my kentuckys is ok

See my kentucky license is good but expired and a cop pulled me over not to long ago and took them because they where expired so I had a Indaina I.d still and that is what I use for I.D. purposes. And they gave me a ticket for a suspended license and there not suspended in Ky so now I have got to go to court on that to I am in alot of stuff but dont know how I am going to pay for all of these tickets. I have been looking for a job for about 3 months and have had some luck but was not enough to get the job please help what would you do in this situation and also I have no true friends to help me so that is out of the question to please help

I am at the college right now using the computer

I have went to conslors and also went to other agences for help no one will help and Y would someone make this up?

Go to your financial aid office and see if you can restructure your financial aid to include money for housing in the dorms.

I'd give Social Services a shot, but you may have done that already. Someone at the church helped you out go back and ask for more info on getting help getting on your feet. There must be someone who'll lend a hand.
Then take responsiblity for yourself. Clean up your act. No more drinking, and use a toilet, buddy. Sure it sucks to have that kind of family, but there are hundreds of kids like you, sad but true. I know the living in the car thing sounds horrible, but at least your out. Get a job, any job, give yourself a pat on the back for raking leaves, but p!ss it away?? You're smarter than that.
Go to court, make sure you let the judge know about your circumstances when it comes to paying the fines. You intend to pay but need time.
Get it together, help yourself, you got this far you can make it all the way.

All right your a college kid- fist thing is get a job- janitor work at the college ANYTHING- check into the roomate thing there are plenty of people looking for a roommate- but you need to be responsible and be able to pay your share. As for all the comments on the drinking..... be smart about it. And where you choose to relieve yourself. It takes just a little commons sense- just stop and think for a second what is the best choice for you to make before you make one. Start with one thing at a time and before long you will be back on track. Think smart dont make matters worse!! Good Luck!

1. Quit drinking and peeing in public.
2. Don't allow your family to treat you like crap because your Dad gets his
panties in a bunch and starts throwing things.
3. Stay in college, defeat the odds against you, seek assistance from a
counselor you can trust.

5. Wear a helmet when Dad drinks coffee. Just kidding. I was treated like crap

Find a job
And if you are going to COLLEGE, then there are people on campus called counselors. Talk to them about helping to find housing for you (they have access to this information)

why you haven't done so , makes your story sound more far fetched . And the fact that you can use the internet also calls into question about the validity of your story.

You can probably get an emergency student loan to pay for housing. You will also have much more money if you stop drinking - booze does not help the situation.

work the fines off by going to jail, you get credit for time served toward your fines, and shelter and food. see if you can do that.
