Does a repo-man have the right to physically enter your car while individual is present and try to take the car. Repo-man reaches in car and tries to unlock door then grabs keys in the ignition and shuts car off and puts it in park. Also physically touches individual but causes no harm Does he have the right to do that? Also what are my rights on this issue?

Repo-man reaches inside car and tries to unlock door and tries to take keys out of ignition. Puts car in park and block individual in so he can't voluntarily turn the car over himself. Also physically touches individual but does not cause any harm. Do I have any rights and if so what are they?

My friend was driving and hit a car after my other friend grabbed his nuts and he was pushing her away. After he got in the accident, he switched seats with me. Now the girl that grabbed his balls told the police I was the one who was driving, and since the driver is saying the same thing to the cops, I now face a "Leaving the scene of a motor vehicle accident" charge which will result in me losing my license, going to a juvenille detention center for up to 30 days, and getting a fine of up to $1000, not to mention sky-high insurance for the rest of my life..

What should I do? Is there any way I can get out of this in court?

My mother was madly in love with an extremely abusive man. He beat me and my siblings badly. I have proof from the police but my mother wouldnt do anything about it. I have many witnesses and I feel like to move on with my life I need to take the step my mother never did and make this man responsible for all the traumatic things he did to us. I just really dont how to go about doing it. Is it even legal to still try and bring up a case?

Thats how many rounds went into the body of a suspected cop killer in a Florida manhunt . True he had killed an officer and his dog and was on the run .But how many rounds does it take to bring down a suspect hiding under some bushes .
Looks as if they circled him and everyone opened fire .
Do we want suspects taken in this manner .
A handcuffed man was shot 19 times another man 16 times who was waving a tire iron .
DO we have police gone wild .
A 92 year old woman was shot and killed by police when they kicked down her door and killed her .
True these people may have been using or selling drugs but do we kill people who use and sell drugs .
With a multi billion dollar drug industry and the rich able to secure legal drugs to get high on does this place the poor at risk of being killed . Gunned down by police who have the support of the community because we all know drugs are bad just like smoking and drinking . Does the police state run by the rich become a war on working Americans

I was stopped behind a road accident, and had a turning to my right, i could have used in order to go the other way. So my mate got out and "politely" asked the nearest officer if it was worth our while waiting or making use of the turning. He was told 'very rudely' to get back in the car as the traffic was about to move on, as i drove off, i raised my hand to gesture our thanks, even though we were rudely treated, and the officer shouted " Dont stop, keep moving" in a loud , and once again rude manner.

Is there really any need for such arrogance from people who are supposed to be serving us. This officer seemed to think he was better than us, because of his job. Well no-one who is basicly working class like the rest of us, is any better than us, what ever there job may be. So why are some officers so power mad and rude???

I am not a police officer nor do I work for a department. I just wonder why major league ball players and/or golfers make massive amounts of money compared to the men and women who put their lives on the line 24/7 to keep Americans safe. It just seems wrong that "entertainers" are getting more money than those risking their lives everyday for us. Also, how many here reading this would donate a MOST of lottery winnings to your local department (as individual donations for those out in the field)? I know that I would pay off my home, bills, car and bank enough to live on. Then I would call all the officers together in a conference without media and anonymously (give no name) give each of then their divided portion. To see their faces with joy--it would make me feel so good inside. My daughter was just recently involved with a drunk driver who ran from the scene (she is fine-not a scratch). He ran and wouldn't turn himself in until he sobered up. He is trying to beat the arrest.

What happened with this accident?
My friend and I were in his condo watching football when we hear a crash outside......There we saw a guy's car hit head on into the side of his place, mostly affecting his neighbors. As he tries to speed away, a cop is right there with his lights on. We notice the cop walks over and very very calmly and nonchalantly tells him to turn off the car and then he calls the guy an ambulance. He had also hit a car on the side of the driveway that likely prevented his car from hitting into the living room.

Anyways, the cop wasn't being too professional, he just stood there and had the "im going to get the info I need to give face". Could he have at least asked my friend and his neighbor "Are you guys ok"? No, he didn't do that and when my friend asked him for something because he thought he was leaving he gave him attitude.
Anyways, my buddy was intent to get whatever out of this because the guy was clearly hammered.Well, all of a sudden he gets nothing

i have a friend that got sentence for child molestin he siad he aint do it his mama set him up buth e never raped da lil 4 yr old buth e pleaded guilty becuz she told him too so he wouldnt get 40 yrz so he got 6 yrz only had to do 2 yrz but the gurl waz tkaen to the doctor siad she had not been touched she was healthy n fine do u think he did it????
