Yes you can, but you'd probably lose.

It's against the law to commit suicide and is against the law to watch someone commiting suicide. You must help that person wether she/he likes it or not.

Suicide is against the law and the person who attempted it needs to be committed to a Psychiatric Facility to get help. To sue someone for saving a persons live is absolutely indefensible.
The person should thank them not sue them.

In the litigious society in which we live, it is probably very well possible to sue someone for preventing a suicide. I mean why not, crooks sue people all the time for injuries or whatever they receive while carrying out there crimes so it wouldn't be much more of a stretch for this.

Well you can sue for just about anything. But the question is can you win the case. The answer is no. No one can sue someone for saving their life and win the case.

Suicide is against the Law, so no you can not sue, you are breaking the Law by an illegal act. Suicide is also against Gods Commandment to us.

No, because if they knew you were a danger to yourself and chose NOT to try to save you they could have been guilty of aiding a suicide. Suicide is agasint the law. I hope you find some happiness soon.

You can sue anyone (except a judge) for anything, the likelyhood of winning is another story.
