I've been unhappy in my recruitment job for a while and even though I've been successful in the past, I've had a written warning recently (2 weeks ago) for various reasons but the overwhelming theme is not following through on tasks, not taking care with files etc.

I've now landed a great new job and am worried as to what the new employer can ask in a reference? I'm also supposed to give 2 months notice as in my contract, but the new company want me asap!

Any advice welcome!

My eyes are dark green on the outside, and bright green on the inside, with lot's of flecks, I like my eyes.

I mean do they really think that the government is going to increase the top 2% taxes and then turn around and give it to the "poor"? they allready plan on helping the "poor" by raising the minimum wage to $7.00 an hour.

I got a girls phone number the other night and I wan't to know if it makes a difference if i call or text her. I rather not call her, because if she doesn't answer (she doesn't have my number in her phone, but she put her's in mine without me even asking for it) I'll feel stupid and not wan't to call back.Now to my question..
