i really want to know what happen to him, and it seems like it is paining him when he pee, please, i need some help

get a 2nd opinion, because it is something. saying i don't know is not acceptable from a dr.
i noticed that when my dr is unsure of anything he always calls in another dr for his/her opinion. thats what your dr. should of done. so thats a sign that u need a new dr.

Could be a form of smegma (is he circumcised?)... Also maybe thrush... if your doctor doesn't know what it is, go to another doctor!
