You are a good person who understands that it is more blessed to give than to receive. You are a person that believes you have enough to share with others. You sound like somebody that believes in God and His teachings. You sound like a person that is a good role model to follow. You are a person that is setting a great and wonderful role model for your family, your community, your country, and your World.

Thank you and God Bless.

The parable of the Good Samaritan ( as well as many others) ask us to assist those in need.

However, in your case, it sounds more like you have heard the cry of the people. Once heard, it cannot be forgotten. It is one of the driving forces behind, many people in the clergy, and some volunteer organizations.

We all are one, so if any suffer we all suffer.
However you may have a problem: legalism.
For only by legalism is there no rest(peace).
It's grace->mercy->peace through Jesus->Christ.
Such is end focused on Christ: the end of the law.
If you focus on law instead of grace, then no peace.

The GRACE of our Lord Jesus Christ with you all. Amen.

Absolutely. It's hard - if you're a decent human being - to ignore others in need. I always think of others too.
