These radiators are built cheap, mass produced, and will all leak in a few years service. Don't go putting any stuff in it to stop the leak, as this will only plug up vital components and end up costing you more in the long run. If you will look at the radiator, you will see where the tanks on the ends are attached. In this joint is where they usually leak. You can remove the radiator, crimp the connection (because there is an O-Ring that seals it off) slightly all the way around each side, and put it back in the vehicle. This should resolve the problem. If it doesn't, remove it and replace it with a new one. They aren't as expensive as you might think. Look for some radiator dealers on line, and you may be surprised at how cheap you can get one now days. Most new style radiators can't be repaired other than crimping them, as they are made out of aluminum and they can't be repaired because they rot and will fall apart. This is usually caused by running the incorrect coolant in them, and they just go to pieces.
Glad I could help. Good Luck!!!

verify between the middle plugs isn't unfastened, my escort substitute into leaking a tank a visit till I tightened all of them up. Runs effective now, take a seem below the bonnet and see in case you could stumble on the place the leak is coming from. If it variety of feels to be close to a screw/bolt try tightening it up, see if it makes any difference.

About a fiver for a bottle of block seal. forget rad-weld, that only fixes it temp. But block seal is designed to fix a leak in the engine so fixes a radiator almost indefinitely.

Don't stick anything in it, and please don't buy a second hand one.....have a look in yellow pages or yell.com for Central Auto Supplies or similar...trade suppliers...most sell to public at trade prices if you collect. I paid 43 quid last year and fitted myself. If I can do it, anyone can!
