I got a girls phone number the other night and I wan't to know if it makes a difference if i call or text her. I rather not call her, because if she doesn't answer (she doesn't have my number in her phone, but she put her's in mine without me even asking for it) I'll feel stupid and not wan't to call back.Now to my question.. Does it matter if a guy text a girl to break the ice? Or is a phone call a MUST? Thanks everyone. (Hope you all had a great thanksgiving.)

If you don't feel happy talking to her, why don't you just send her a flirty text, as that's a nice ice breaker. Why don't you include something in the message, along the lines of, 'well as you put your number in my phone I thought that it would be rude not to send you a text just to say Hi. I know that you know who I am, but just incase you've forgotten it's.....

These days I dont think it would make any difference but it would have years ago. people communcate by texts all the time now.
Text her and be nice and breezy so that she doesnt feel too nervous to text/call you back. She will more than likely be like you and not know whether to call or text, so one of you will need to make the first move.

Call her from a blocked number and using your fluent high school spanish con her into thinking that the Mexicans have a issue with her leaving the country. Tell her she needs to contact an american friend named {your name} to give a character reference for you. Then when she comes over pleading for help, do her! With consent! Hola! Youll be popping bon3rs every time you smell nachos all week!

I'm okay with a text...because it saves us from any thing embarrassing we might say. So I would say go with a text it's a good way for you both to break the ice with a little more ease....

well I think if you call her is better ,you can talk directly with her and you'll be able to know her reactions and responses!
