Conception happens when a sperm reaches the egg. This can be by artificial insemination as well as by intercourse so orgasm has nothing to do with it.

You don't say how long you've been trying but they say that it can take even fertile couples up to 2 years to conceive.

Take your temperature at every morning and write down what the temperature is. When it gets a little higher (probably mid-cycle) you are probably ovulating and time to get busy. Once you've had sex, lie with a pillow under your bum to make sure the little fellers don't slip out and stay there for about 10 minutes. Make sure you're taking folic acid if you're trying to conceive. Get regular exercise and try not to stress - it will happen.

If women needed to have an orgasm to conceive then believe me there would be a lot less children in the world. If you want to have a baby the best advice I can give you is not to try to hard. Enjoy sex for what it is. d
Don't make it a chore. There are some people who try so hard that when they give up and don't try that's when they get pregnant.
A friend was trying to conceive she only had quarter of an ovary lost the other 3/4 and ovary to cancer. Her and her husband did everything tried everything. She went to a fertility clinic. Her first attempt to get pregnant were unsuccessful. The doctors told her to keep on the vitams (just normal vitams) and to take a break and try again three months later. She went in for pretesting three months later. To make sure everything was fine. They called her at home telling her they could not do the treatment on her because she already was pregnant. Did it natually, but without the stress of we are trying to make a baby.

as others have answered, absolutely not!

You don't need herbal remedies to help you conceive, if you smoke, quit, if your partner smokes, he needs to quit as smoking can have a huge impact on fertility...try to cut down on alcohol too

eat a sensible well-balanced diet and if you're thinking of becoming pregnant, start taking folic acid supplements or increase your uptake of this via your diet, as this greatly reduces neural tube disorders

if your reproductive system is healthy, then should already be ovulating each month 11-15 days into your cycle (the start of your period counts as day 1) so the best chances of conceiving are around this time...but as you know, you can become pregnant during your whole cycle

good luck

having an orgasm is just the pleasure that you may receive from having sex. ( if you are lucky!!) Conceiving a child is when the sperm manages to get into the egg and fertilize it. An orgasm will not make any difference to this. If the sperm doesnt get to the egg then it is released and that is your period. I have not heard of any herbal remedies just have loads of sex!!!

No.

Although there is some evidence that the contractions around the pelvis as orgasm takes place cause the cervix to dip into the pool of sperm, which makes conception more likely. I personally think this theory is flawed, because it assumes the sperm is there before the woman orgasms; but as we all know, once the man has orgasmed (and hence delivered the sperm) it's all over. If the woman hasn't already orgasmed (before the sperm arrives) then she certainly isn't going to afterwards.

They don'thave to have an orgasm to conceive. If you are having troubles in this area, then you should be worked up by a doctor to see if you are ovulating and what can be done.

You don't have to orgasm to concieve, and to the best of my knowledge you ovulate every month without the help of medication. Best of luck concieving.
