Screw all the other lame ideas. Go to a Police Station and attempt to steal all of the officers Weapons. IF you get caught just tell them you were just bored but cocky enough to try it. If you actually are sucessful then return the weapons to the shift Sergeant. He will find it outrageously funny at what you have done.

Call the Secret Service and tell them you are coming to Washington D.C. to "get" the president. Tell them it is because you are feeling bored but cocky. Then say you are well armed and have a lot of drugs and have already purchased your plane ticket.
